The facility here is amazing. The trainers are very knowledgeable and are welcoming to new students, as I was brand new here today. I had a great session and will definitely come back.

Have only been going one day to one class absolutely loved it great workout really fun bought the day pass immediately after bought a membership I have tried other martial arts gyms but AKA is awesome 10/10 would recommend to anyone interested in getting the best training possible very beginner friendly

I read good things online so I was pretty excited to give this place a try. I only went to a single Muay Thai trial class but I wont be going back...The instructor to student ratio is totally off. There was only a single instructor for a class of at least 50 people. During the whole 1 hour class, I didnt interact with the instructor a single time. Im not even sure what he was doing the whole time. His explanations were poor and didnt incorporate any feedback based on how the class was doing. I actually didnt learn anything. Maybe the instructor was new to teaching but he just seemed arrogant and gave off an impression that he was too good for us and couldnt be bothered to teach.On top of it all, the lady at the front desk put on a friendly façade but was actually kind of rude.

My 7 yr old has been taking MMA classes here for the last 2 months. He loves it! Coach Wayne is tough but good. The facility is more rundown especially during Covid but the staff is friendly. Most importantly my son is having fun, getting a good workout, learning real fighting techniques and also being disciplined. Pricing is also competitive which is a plus!

Signed my son up for MMA fundamentals and it was a great way to get his energy out and the coach works great with the kids.

Where Champions come to train. I have an older and younger son in a yearlong membership here. The prices are excellent for the level of training they get. Some instructors are current and former fighters. You can’t get better training from those who have lived it. Thank you Coach Javier and team.

Well giving this a five star because I always wanted to be here but when I came they where closed sadly but looks really cool inside can’t wait to come back because it was a four hour drive I was here tho 2020 16 aug I’ll be back

I stopped in @ AKA. Pretty stoked they offer a Day Pass. I took a kickboxing class, it was a lot of fun! I was impressed with Coach Isaiah. He seems like a natural born instructor. The gym is Chill, I wanted to stay longer. The facility itself is Huge. Probably one of the coolest gyms Ive been to. Cant wait to go back!

My kids take kickboxing/mma and jujitsu classes here. The coach for the smaller kids teach moves just like how he teaches the older kids which is good so they can actually learn even if its hard sometimes. My little one really enjoys it and so does my teen.

Everyone here is SO nice! Weve visited twice now - first time was just so my partner could see where some of their favorite fighters trained, the second time as part of our gym road trip tour - and both times we were greeted by awesome people at the front desk and each time we were able to meet one of our favorite fighters (with the help of said awesome people). I love how it really feels like they are still about their community.We did try sending an email before asking about class opportunities with no reply - maybe email is just not their thing?

All about the money here, folks. Won’t give out prices other than “free class” and there are memberships after. Have to be a member to spar, have to pay for a certain amount of time. Sad to see the art in martial arts is fading away.

My daughter is 4 and loves it here, the coach is amazing with kids. She is always excited to go back. She gets a great work out, and is always learning new things . Friendly staff and cool AKA gear.Update: If you are lucky to be able to train at AKA dont miss out. We moved out of town and no gym compares to the quality of training you get at AKA. The staff is amazing, they truly make you feel like family, the gym is cleaned daily. They really go above and beyond to make your entire family feel welcomed. It broke our hearts to leave AKA. And now after having our daughter train at other gyms we realize the magnitude of how great AKA really is. Dont waste your time at other gyms. Our daughter loved seeing many of the fighters she saw on TV there at AKA, it was a constant reminder that hard work pays off. The prices are good due to the quality of training and the amount time you spend training.

Extreme when you want extreme, family oriented, goal driven, dedicated team of trainers, coaches and fighters. Seen the best of the best make this their home. Fierce but humble.

I cannot express how happy we are that we chose AKA for our son to learn Brazilian Jiujitsu and MMA a little more than a year ago. He has the best coaches and is learning more and more everyday. The coaches really care about each and every student Coach Ron, Coach Wayne, Coach Felix and all the assistant Coaches are awesome with kids. Best part is this place trains world class UFC fighters but they still make time to treat us and our child like family. If you want your child to be safe and learn self defense skills you need to go to AKA and become part of the family. Joanna and Javier and sons really know to make you feel welcomed. Just come in and you can see for yourself. They will let you tour the facility.
