Cleaning service was OK. Parent company is trying to collect funds for one year from Munday and Collins Inc that was shut down by the government as being non essential. Their cleaning person and the company was told we were required to close. (we have not reopened) My advice: Stay away at all costs.

Im not sure what the other reviewer is talking about. Top Brass Building Services/Kaizon Solutions has provided great service to our company for years. They are always very responsive and take care of issues immediately. They go above and beyond every time. Erica has been our operations manager for about a year now and she has been great to deal with. That other reviewer sounds like a Karen. She probably hands out raisins on Halloween and threatens to sue the ref at her kids soccer games. I wonder how many times she asked to speak to the manager...Oh well, Im sure the people at Kaizon Solutions are happy they dont have to deal with Karen anymore.Dont believe everything you read. Kaizon Solutons is a good company with great people.

I generally only write an online review if I have received 5-star service, but my experience with Top Brass Building Services, now known as Kaizon Solutions, has been so bad that I feel like I need to warn other consumers.Beware: Top Brass Building Services, now known as Kaizon Solutions, will lock you into a One Year Contract AND will make it near impossible to get out the contract even if they are providing subpar service. My company signed on with Top Brass Building Services/Kaizon Solutions in September. Our initial contact with this company was positive. The Operations Manager, Erica, was professional and responsive, but once we signed a one-year agreement, things quickly took a turn for the worse. We experienced service issues from the get go and brought the issues to Ericas attention. Although she quickly responded to our concerns and assured us she would address it with the team assigned to our office, the issues never got resolved. After a month of unresolved issues, we felt the need to document everything in writing and are glad that we did. Our assigned team seemed incompetent as they were unable to follow simple written directions. We went as far as creating and posting a checklist that asked them to do the following and these tasks still would not get completed on a consistent basis: dispose of dirty mop water at the end of the night (yes, they would leave dirty water sitting in our closet and probably used the same water the next day), turn off the lights when they left, turn off the water and arm our security system. On top of that, we never knew who was in our suite. Kaizon Solutions told us that we had one person assigned to our suite, come to find out, it was that one person (Ray - request a new person if this guy is assigned to you) and whoever he invited to help him clean. After close to two months of emails and phone calls to Erica to address the above mentioned issues and more, we requested to terminate our one-year contract due to non-performance. Erica then tried to tell us that what we considered non-performance, like removing cobwebs, was not part of their scope of work, so we could not end our contract. The lies she spinned in an effort to protect her team and keep the contract were unbelievable. She finally agreed to let us out of our contract after I threatened to involve a third party to assist us; then it got WORSE!The last 30 days of our contract have been hell. The team stopped performing their basic duties like taking out the trash and recycling, vacuuming the floors, and cleaning our reception area. My team had pick up the slack and clean areas of our suite ourselves. When I asked for an immediate termination of our agreement and a partial refund for the last 30 days since her team stopped providing us with basic services, Erica said no and told me that I only have 8 days left to my contract (in other words, I was supposed to deal with her teams subpar service). I reached out to the owner of Top Brass Building Services/Kaizon Solutions, Derek Hawley, to try to resolve my issue, but he did not bother to return my call.WORDS OF ADVICE. Stay clear of this company if you want to avoid the following issues:1. Trash and recycling not being taken out on a regular basis2. Cobwebs left to grow in the most visible areas of your space3. Lights left on, front door left unlocked, and water left on4. Baseboards and other visible surfaces left to accumulate dust5. Garbage liners left unchanged6. Horizontal surfaces left undusted and unwiped in the most obvious places (for instance, there was white dust on top of a tissue box holder in our reception area the ENTIRE three months they were cleaning our suite)7. Worst of all, an Operations Manager who is responsive but unable to resolve any of your issues and then lies to make it seem like your issues were resolved or arent as bad as they are.The attached pictures show what we used to see first thing in the morning after they cleaned our suite the night before. Top Brass /aizon Solutions is ridiculous!
