Had so much trouble this month logging in and paying my bill... Now its in & out on my T.V. I cant even watch my Netflix๐ญ๐ญ Pay in advance and after that I caught hell!! Still catching it! It was great for a year or more now since the world has opened bk up from this pandemic its been nothing but trouble!! Can you upgrade the system more often please!! And TY!! IT KEEPS THE PEACE IN MY HOME!!๐๐
They are very good at coming to service my home if I have an issue. Theyre customer service requires some patience.
Paid for the service and the modem I have wasnt working. So I did the unplug thing before you call. Ended up calling anyway. They sent a guy to my home. He told me my modem was broke($45.00). And he couldnt give me one from his truck. I would have to call the prepaid number.So I call and Im on hold for a good 30 min (like always when calling them). Just for the agent to tell me that she cant send out a new modem. The only way for me to get a new one is I would have to go to BOOST MOBILE and pay $85.00 plus tax and fees๐ฎ๐ค!!! Then she continued, Well ask the manager there if you can just get the modem.Oh by the way this is our 2nd modem cause the 1st one did the same thing. That was a big mess to. Just Xfinity itself is terrible. Pay money for service and you call cause something is wrong but they always turn it around on you. When they are selling refurbished that aint right. Its about that $$$$$

If I can put a zero I would I paid $105 for prepaid Internet then I canceled it right away before my money was out of my bank itโs been a month theyโre not returning my money theyโre refusing to they are a rip offs and steal your money had a dispute with my bank and waiting for that Iโm also taking them to court and sue them do not get this service Iโm telling you people get regular Xfinity you can get it now for $25 with no credit checkIn fact donโt get Xfinity at all stream

They were very good nice communication.
Called them because me internet was running extremely slow . Actually got helped by a machine that reset my modem and system . 10 minute fix .
They are a scam if you have any problems or issues when you called They gonna say 24 to 48 hours stand clear of this service.When I ask to speak with a supervisor they act like they were transferring me put me on hold then the phone hung up this happened three times.

I am just gonna echo what some of the long time users have been reporting. Installation and everything was great and for the first 6 months everything was blazing fast. Since then a lot of people in my building have signed up for the service and the speed is now crawling between 5pm - 10pm. I often cant watch Netflix streaming because the quality is so low due to slow speeds. I give them three stars just because they are cheap and fast, when no one else is using it ...

Service is slow customer service is absolutely the worst thats if you can even get a hold of anyone told them to cancel my service within an hour and before equipment was even shipped out to me told me they couldnt cancel it until they shipped it out and I recieved it and ship it back to them took me me for a 170.00 still trying get that back
