My installer, Mike, showed up right on time and was extremely efficient getting my internet set up. He even went the extra mile and reworked some cables to get my speed optimized. Compared to experiences with Comcast, this was extremely unexpected but appreciated. Ive only been using the internet for about 24 hours but it seems incredibly fast; video streaming is perfect and it never has to buffer. Two big thumbs up!
