Im so excited to have switched to High Speed Services. Billy came to install this morning. He was right on time, friendly and efficient. He explained what he was doing and accommodated all of my requests. I have also found High Speed Servicess tech and billing support on the phone to be excellent.

Super stoked to finally ditch Comcast.The tech who set us up, Servante, answered all my questions, asked for my input on the setup, respectfully cleaned up the work area, and was really friendly.So far the speeds have been insanely fast, and no complaints about customer service.

I have been using High Speed Service fir almost 10 years and they have been amazing. I see Chris regularly to service handpieces and help with odds and ends around the office, but they were also a huge help with equipment for my new office 2 years ago. They sourced, installed, and maintain all of my chairs, x-rays, compressor, and vacuum system and everything works great. It is important for me to work with companies that have integrity and make me feel like they have my best interest in mind, and I always get that with Chris and Mike at High Speed.

Their service is very fast and the workers have a good service mind. I really recommend them!!

Good customer service, good install, simple website for signup... but the download speed is not what they advertise. At NEMA SF, 18 10th street SJ CA, they advertised 1Gsp, but when the installation specialist came, he said that hes never seen it go above 5-700 Mbps.I was told by the High Speed Services rep, that this is because the speed test websites that currently exist are unable to measure that high, which is likely true. 700 is still excellent at the price they are charging.
