The salon is very clean and the staff is very professional. The owner is very polite and understanding. She uses excellent quality products for facial, bleach etc. and charges very reasonably. I had got my toddler for hair cut who was extremely cranky but the hair stylist was very accommodating and patient throughout the whole process. I really feel comfortable coming here since I know I will get the best service satisfaction.

I have been going to Mandeep for waxing for a year now and Im never disappointed. She is good and very efficient and whatever she does. You feel very welcome and they treat you well. Their other services are pretty good too like threading facial etc. If you want​ something a certain way theyll try n do that! Its made my salon visits way easier.

This is my favourite salon. Have been coming here for my hands and legs waxing, eyebrow and upper lip threading for more than a year. Mandeep is a very nice and friendly lady. They do an awesome job. The salon is located near Valley Fair mall and Santana row on Steven Creeks Boulevard which is quite a nice location. Price is also reasonable.

I went to Rubal and I am happy with the results. Eyebrows shaping, threading and waxing is done very well, neat job & not very painful..haircut is okay... however, it could still be better...would certainly recommend going for monthly waxing...Good job, thanks

The staff were friendly and they helped me as a walk-in. The prices were more than reasonable and the place was nice. Parking is best behind the building. I would recommend this place if youre looking to get good eyebrow threading at a good price.

Great service. I got acne treatment done there. Trust me my acne are gone for one acne facial. It is so damn worth it. I have been suffering from bad acne . They are just gone. I love it. Ill make it every month to get my facial done.

Great value!This is a basic, no frills, small office with one mini-room. However, she is a very pleasant, nice person and she does a very efficient, fast, and thorough job and I was very happy with the results considering the price. Im going back a second time, and more times after that!

I went once and Rubal became my regular salon. Eyebrows shaping, threading and waxing is done very well, neat job & not very painful..haircut is okay... however, it could still be better...would certainly recommend going for monthly waxing...Good job Rubal👍

I like this salon for waxing and threading, they did a nice job, but its pricier even though she has the packages I would like them to add more packages. They didnt let me use my Yelp coupon which I purchased for 100$ untill i take 150$ worth service at once so I told them I will be back tomorrow to get my other services as I needed to go somewhere that day so be aware and Yelp has the condition to use it at once which I didnt read oops !! Nice people and they greet you with big smile.

Never go here, I got bruised from waxing!! Businesses have responsibility to ensure that they have experienced/licensed aestheticians working for them. The lady who did my arms waxing, I could tell she was inexperienced with the way she was using the wax. I was literally in tears and below is a pic of my arm bruised a day later. This is not my first time getting waxing, and tried to give this place a try as it was near my clients office.

I went for facial and eye treatment. The lady told me that she will take 1 hr for both things. I was free in 40 min. The lady was extremely unprofessional. Face massage time was very less. I am not happy at all.

RUBAL IS THE BEST THREADING SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. My eyebrows have been messed up my whole life. One was always longer and thinner than the other and for some reason, no salon was ever able to fix that. I went to rubal and they fixed it in that one session. Every other place makes me bleed and gives me a bunch of scabs but not rubal. It was quick, painless and Ive never been happier with my eyebrows. The woman in station three helped me and it exceeded my expectations. This is the only salon Ill never go to again. Its worth the commute and its worth it to pay a little more. Remember to bring a tip! Youre going to need it!

Been mandips customer for an year now.. Wow.. shes great.. Been to many salons in the past and never got perfect shaped eyebrows, clean underarms without pain. But with mandip thats not the case. Mandip has been doing my eyebrows for over five years, and she does a perfect job each time! I get many compliments on her work. Her wonderful attitude and warm smile always have me leaving the salon in good spirits.Recently Mandip has also started to color my hair. I really like the color she picked out and how careful she is while applying it. Some hairdressers can pull on the hair or hurt the ears with the comb but Mandip takes her time and these accidents dont happen with her. Its non-ammonia color, which is very gentle on my hair and smells wonderful. The rates for all her services are also extremely reasonable.I look forward to many more years of great service in her expanded salon in the new Stevens Creek Blvd location!

Unfortunately, I had an experience at this salon that was similar to another reviewer on here: below par service and unprofessional. Essentially, I was surprised at checkout with charges for items that my stylist did not tell me were extra.Mandip told me that she told the stylist about the extra charges, but no one told me until checkout. When I mentioned to Mandip that the stylist did not tell me about the extra charges, Mandip got upset with me?! And, the stylist was nowhere to be found at checkout. Very unprofessional and shady, sneaking in extra costs on customers.The stylist told me that a hot oil treatment would help the henna take better. I heard that henna could be very drying, I agreed to the hot oil treatment. She said that she uses the steamer with the hot oil treatment, great! I thought, that must be why it is $25. After rinsing out the henna, the stylist asked me if I still wanted the hot oil massage and advised me that they would have to wash my hair again to get the oil out, I said yes. After the hot oil massage and steam, she did not wash my hair. I was directed to go checkout, with hair soaked in oil and dripping with water from the steam. Luckily I brought a few items with me that made leaving, looking decent, possible.Mandip charged me separately for the wash out of the henna, which I thought was included; especially since the stylist only washed my hair once leaving henna still in my hair. If you are going to charge your customer $20 for a wash that should be included, shouldnt the hair be clean - no product left in the hair/washed more than once? I was also charged separately for the hot oil, head massage, and steam. The same steam the stylist told me that she uses for the hot oil treatment - how is steam extra if you advised me that you do the hot oil treatment with the steam?? Customers beware!Rubal Beauty, just be honest with your customers - it will go a long way. Surprising your customers with charges at checkout is extremely shady and not a good, short-/long-term business practice.I work with at least six other women with gorgeous long hair, they often discuss looking for a good place to get their hair done. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Rubal Beauty Salon to anyone for any service.

Went in for threading.Theres just one lady to attend. No one to ask what service youre here for. I waited for my turn for 20 minutes and then she just came up and said can I wait for another 30 minutes since she has an appointment with another client without bothering to even ask what service I wanted. Worst experience ever!

Love this salon, I have been going to Mandeep for eyebrows and upperlip threading, facial, hair color and waxing for almost 10 years now. She is one of the few people in the area who knows how to make perfect eyebrows. I get stopped in the malls and people ask me about my eyebrows.She is a very good facialist too - does extractions and my face never breaks out after. All her products smell really good too, and they never give me a headache I am sensitive to how products smell.She is always on time and will try really hard to accomodate you. There was a time when I used to see her at 8 am on sunday mornings since no other time would work for me.She accepts CC which is great too.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. I had my pedicure done here. Below par service and extremely unprofessional. Rude customer service. A waste of money and my time. Please dont come here, even to try.
