First time at EWC and my only regret is that I did not come here sooner! Kind and amiable concierge / front desk / greeters. As far as the waxing, Sunny is… amazing! Marvelous! Incredibly skilled, gentle (as gentle as one can be with waxing), and kind. Most pleasurable waxing experience I’ve had. Highly recommended! Six stars for Sunny - straight up and down.

Absolute worst experiences. I’m not one to leave reviews but the fact that I gave them a second chance after the first waxer burnt me, then to get dismissed again. I left without even getting waxed because the girl immediately dismissed me like she didn’t want to be there and I wasn’t going to sit through that again. They make you feel so uncomfortable and one of the receptionists seriously needs an attitude adjustment. This place needs some help.

I was thankful I got in same day, girl on the phone was very nice. Checked in for my appointment just fine. The girl doing the wax was very talkative and really nice, she recommended that I get anti growth serum when I asked about it during check out, the girl didn’t really know what product I was talking about so I had to point at it since I saw how it looked in the room. Other than that service was good.

Baby smooth after every appointment! The ladies are always nice and considerate of the pain and help you get through it. I go back every month :)

I purchased a wax pass about 6 months ago and have been going every 4-6 weeks. Had ok experiences so far - good enough I guess - but just had Taylor and she was excellent! Definitely will be booking with her from now on. Prices are reasonable and good for a busy schedule.

Waxers are awesome. However, people at the front desk are not the most professional. I was put on hold for 15 minutes twice when she said that she needed to place me on a “brief hold.” Train your front desk staff better please.

Nikki is great. She is humorous and asks me continuously if wax is too hot. After everything was done she also asks if she missed any hairs which is awesome because I havent had another person ask me this in the 3 years I have been going

Easy to book a last minute appointment. They run on time for appointments. Tina was wonderful. Never had a leg wax before so she was great in explaining what she would be doing and very honest about the pain level which was minimal compared to what I expected. European uses a special wax that truly is less painful than anywhere else Ive been. And such a pretty purple.

Went to get my privates waxed. An already awkward situation. My first choice was at the plant in San jose super great team there. Well I ended up at Coleman the girls were nice. Got finished up and went on my way in a timely manner. When i got home and inspected the job. It was not satisfactory lots of hair left. And lots of wax residue. I had to shave which defeats the point of waxing. . Ok my point is inspect before you leave!!..

Went there like 3 times, nice staff, and decent service so far. Pretty like it, and will still go there.And they can always find the information if you lost the voucher that you purchased earlier, which is sweet 😇.

Veronica is literally the best waxer I have ever been to! She is thorough, quick, neat (youd be surprised at how hard that is to find), friendly, warm, patient, and has taught me a lot about waxing and upkeep. She feels more like a close friend, and I love my visits with her!

The waxers have been great, but a hundred percent of appointments Ive scheduled online in the last year have been bogus, Ive showed up and the appointments didnt show in their system or the appointment time is completely different than the one I picked. Do not use their online booking system, call or assume you may not *really* have an appointment. The real problem is that corporate does not seem to care, this is been going on for a long time.

I have been going to Europian wax center pretty much since they’d opened, and have used the Coleman center the past couple of years.I’m very happy with the technicians, they know what they’re doing. The technicians get 5 stars.The one star is because I can’t give zero stars for the company. They keep steadily raising the cost of a Brazilian wax, it’s now $54!!They have my email to send me promotional stuff (NEVER a coupon god forbid!)But I’d really appreciate an email telling me of any price changes, it’s just common curtesy.My biggest problem is yesterday when I went for a wax. At the end I go to pay, the bill was $54 so I gave her a 50 and a 10 and three ones to make the tip for my waxer. She informs me they don’t take any bills over 20, (I didn’t have my glasses on so I couldn’t see the fine print on the back of the register stating this as I was paying her) So I told her I could understand if I only had a $5 service done but since it’s $54, just take the $50.She wouldn’t do that even though I’ve been going to this location for over two years, they have ALL my personal information so **IF** I was a counterfeiter they’d know it was me!So I said all right I have to go get change next door, then she makes me leave my ID with her like I’m some kind of common criminal! Which really infuriated me (I parked in front of their store!!! Plus they have my info!) and that made me feel like this company that I’ve paid into this whole time didn’t trust me. It was embarrassing and unacceptable.But the worst part was the person in front of me (after I came back with the exact change) was told you get $10 off any service during your birthday month!Seriously! I was never told that or given an email during my birthday month of December. I would’ve had my waxing six days earlier with my $10 off if I had known this! This is unacceptable to me that a company I frequent so often and given so much money to, can’t give me a notice that the prices are going up and that they have a birthday month promotion going. Very dissatisfied with the company.

Unbeatable. Just do yourself a favor, treat yourself and get the packet. So worth it.

This place is incompetent. Theyve put me as a no show every time I call to cancel! I would then have to call the center in SD where I signed up to have them get my account unlocked. DO NOT GO TO THIS CENTER IF YOU ACTUALLY HAVE A LIFE. The front desk has no idea how to cancel your appointment.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I checked in to get my sideburns waxed and the girl who was supposed to wax me was super unfriendly.She looked me up and down except wouldnt make eye contact, as if I were beneath her.I tried to be nice and spark up conversation but she was dismissive. So I just figured, okay shes not talkative or shes in a bad mood.She waxes one sideburn and it was pretty aggressive in comparison to the other times Ive gotten it done.She asks if I use anything for my face when I asked her if my cheeks needed a wax. I told her I used to use acne stuff back in July but it doesnt work so not anymore.Her name was Ashley, I believe.She then says, so you are not anymore? I told her no and she says, well Im uncomfortable with waxing the other one and I wont. I said please just wax the other one and I wont get anymore done. She starts putting the stuff away.I didnt want to walk out with one side done and not the other!!I pleaded, please just finish. She responds with, what was that? I repeat myself and then she repeats the question again.At this moment I realize she wanted to hear me beg! What the heck? What a horrible employee to be making me feel like this. So I got up, went to the front desk, where the woman says, I wont charge you for this service. What the hell do you mean? Im like shaky at this point that Im being treated like Im in the wrong. I explain to her that I dont use those products anymore nor have I for over 6 weeks and she dismisses me saying, no I see your skin is already pink, so I need to put a health alert on your account now but I wont charge you.I feel so embarrassed having one hairless sideburn and one hairy sideburn but mostly shocked that I was treated so horribly.I will never come back to this location ever and I DONT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE ELSE. They will judge you and hate on you, then embarrass you
