Never had an issue and always been helped it has better service than the one on hamilton and winchester

I love Ricardo!!!!! He loves making customers happy and made sure my doggy ornament photos were a perfect fit. He is so crafty and quick! I will buy him an X-mas gift, I dont know what yet. I am so used to people saying sorry thats the best we can do anywhere, but today was awemiring.

Wouldnt give me my package because my name was not on it but I had my tracking info and proof it was mine. Fed ex most likely placed new label ontop of old one because of their mess up. They were just lazy or they just stole from me. Be cautious sending packages at this location.

Store is conveniently located at the plant plaza, but FYI I was told by the employee today that this location does NOT sell stamps. Only one employee was nice. Not for me.

Went to drop off an express package. There was no line, and the guy there was super friendly. I was in and out in like 15 seconds.

I WENT IN TODAY SEPT 3 AND WANTED TO PRINT INFO AND THE YOUNG WOMEN WAS SO RUD AND REFUSE TO PRINT MY INFO FROM MY EMAIL ! DROVE TO FED EX ON FIRST STREET USED THERE COMPUTER and was able to print my application from my email! but FED ex all are required to do that unless they give you excuse !! So there getting one from me FED ex in plant curtner Monterey.!!

Be careful at this location, if you hand them your drivers license, they might scan it. If they scan your license that means they have all your data, and when they have a data breach youre going to lose all the important information on your drivers license. Make them have you fill out a form instead of scanning your drivers license

This is the best FEDEX store we have been to. Always in and out and the employees are very knowledgeable and keep you informed about every little detail. I just love the vibes in this store. By far my favorite shipping place. Brad is always very helpful, patient and friendly all the time not just with us but everyone who walks into the store.

4 people behind the counter. One person working. One chatting away with another customer all while I stand here and write this review. The other 3 are useless. Why are they even here. One might be in training. Shes excused. Chatty Cathy here needs to work more and talk less

Worst service! Takes too many time resolve the problem!!!

I get photocopies there once in a while and they are always courteous and I never have to wait long.

This is my local Fedex office and I’ve used them quite a few times to send and receive items. Unfortunately they are not up to par. I’ve found the staff impatient and lacking in understanding when I’ve made enquirer about delayed deliveries. To get 4-5 stars you need to have the temperament to go the extra mile for more than the first 5 out of ten customers who walk in the door, especilly in a service role. The team here simply do not cut the mustard.

Print job was submitted, was told it takes a few hours max. They said they will call when ready to pickup. 3 days later hadnt heard from them so I called and the order was ready and just sitting there. They gave 10 percent discount for never calling me when it was done but when I counted the pages in my order at home 25 items were missing (it was a multi hundred item order)Not worth the hassle.

Staff are just standing around chatting when you ask for help. Thank God there implementing those self serve stations am I right.

5 computer employee only kiosks. 2 people working. She claims there’s only one kiosk where you can conduct shipping transactions.Really?

The girl named Vanessa provides exceptional service every time I visit this location. She is highly knowledgeable, accurate, proffesional, polite, and I couldnt speak more highly of great customer service experience. Definitely deserves a promotion.

This location is trying to make every bit of money out of you. When I take my boxes there, they told me, I have to use their box and they will do the packaging for me. A small box 8x16x12 inch they charge 13usd. Right, you can get this box on Uline for 2$. I also have two other boxes they try to charge me 22$ each box. What???? I was like, cancel it. I took my boxes to UPS and they just ship my boxes out. UPS never said anything about my boxes being not good. This place will rip you out making money on you. RIP OFF.

Weve shipped a few packages from this location and have had a few held here for pickup as well. The staff is quick, efficient, and friendly. Parking is sometimes a bit tight since its the plant, but overall, its a great location.

Might as well toss your packages into the trash. The customer service is a joke. Fedex is the WORST drivery service. I have used it twice and had a HORRIBLE experience each time. Never again.

So many people working at this new FedEx office and not one took the time to actually come over and ask if they can help or if I was needed of any help I tried to explain that I had printed something and I did not print my receipt because I didn’t think I needed it and I wanted to make one more copy of what I just printed it just in case but they didn’t even understand so I give them one star for lack of customer service or any interest in any other customer standing around

Worst service ever, deliveries not on time, never answer phone. Slow as molasses if youre lucky. Avoid this time waste.

Open hours as even written on doors from 7.30, was there 8.40 on Monday - doors locked, no one inside. Very disappointed!

First time I went here, paid for overnight delivery, package delivered in 2 days, then I got a bill from fed ex for 78$ for a package I already paid for.Second time today I arrived at 0845, sign says open 730 am, place sucks.

It says theyre open Sunday but after arriving will within the business hours listed they were closed. Waste.
