These guys were awesome! I had a full semi truck show without a lift gate and needed a forklift. They literally scrambled and got me one writhing an hour! No hassle or extra rush fees. Awesome!

Its not you haul, dont go thinking you can get stuff to take to Florida. The prices are reasonable and even tho stuff can breakdown thats just a side effect of the rental equipment world. People are helpful if your cool with them, the drivers are the best, fast, friendly and good at what they do.

If you need equipment that is in poor repair and breaks down constantly, then look no further than Herc Rentals. I had rented a skid steer and in 3 days, it broke down twice. The first time the hydraulic lines blew out on the concrete breaker attachment and the 2nd time the fuel pump failed so we couldnt use it at all and it had to be replaced. In 4 days, I was able to use it about 8 hours. It is excuse after excuse after excuse with Herc and their front desk people do not care one bit. If you do rent equipment from here, you can count on any sort of delivery being late in the day (they open at 7am so who knows what theyre doing for all that time). I would highly recommend you look somewhere else like Dahl Rentals, A Tool Shed or United Rentals.
