They were able to get me a good job and had me working the very next day! Crystal Diaz was very helpful, guided me professionally through the process and has always responded to any of my concerns/issues immediately or in a very timely manner.
Had a pretty bad experience here a few months ago. I came in to interview and it felt like I was just a number to them. They had very vaguely described a role to me and upon meeting, the description completely changed. Although I had decided for myself that I clearly wasnt a fit (for a call center), they immediately dismissed me, no warmth, it was really awkward. I still think back about this experience and it makes me feel strange.
As much as I would like to give a good review I cannot. They got me a Job and I am Grateful for that. BUT I have been trying to get some back pay that has been owed to me since January of last year. I am working with California Department of Labor to get my owed money. They have just messed around with me through email and phone over and over again. I am tired of it and I hope the man who has been dealing with me loses his job over this.
I cannot believe this company cannot reassign an employee...and that they can sleep at night knowing an employee is homeless due to lack of work.....They have abandoned not just myself but other employees as well......Unfair and unjust......no concern for the very people (employees) that make them money......I have worked for many various Temp services who maintain Integrity.....I have never had any issues with any of them But Ultimate Staffing has definitely become the worst employer ever.....
