Talked to a recruiter over the phone for a position I applied for. While discussing my employment history she mentioned two other job openings that I’d be a good fit for, said she’d pass my resume on and that I’d hear back soon. Never heard back, no follow up.

Ups and Downs with the companies I was getting sent to. And just when I gave up Ashley gave me a call and convinced me to give it 1 more try. And Im glad I did. With in 90 days the company was talking conversion. :) I became permanent at a company where I love the people, and my job. Glad that Ashley did not give up on me. Only complaint. I wanted to share my Great news, and Thank them. But, I never heard from them again.. lol..

This is my second time going through Randstad the first time I had a horrible experience but I decided to give them another chance and I was helped by Desiree who made my experience amazing. They should update certain systems so your log ins or verification isn’t your social security number. The benefits package isn’t competitive and has a three month waiting period. Vision is a reimbursement only with a low max.Just like eating at a mediocre restaurant, I wouldn’t do it again. At least my contract is only 6 months. Sucks companies outsource certain jobs. In my case this was a loss.
