My computer was running really slow so Comcast sent me their latest modem, which has a much faster download/upload speed however they are not sending out technicians during the pandemic and I didnt want to tackle the installation myself. I had already purchased a 4GB RAM stick which needed to be installed in my All-in-One computer which is a bit tricky.A friend referred me to Raybo and I liked the simplicity and clarity of their website and the fact that they come out in a fully equipped van to be able to fix any issue right during the visit! I called them at 4:30 ON A FRIDAY and a live person, Ryan, actually answered the phone. I was really surprised not to get a voicemail but it gets better! I told Ryan what I needed and he gave me a reasonable quote right on the spot and then asked me when I would like hm to come out. I figured Id have to wait a day or two but he said he could come over right away if that worked for me and he was at my door in 20 minutes! Ryan wore a mask and gloves and was extremely professional and knowledgeable even wearing a tag with the name of the company which I appreciated.My computer is in a small room and access to the back of it is not really easy but Ryan knew exactly what to do to both install the RAM and switch out my modems and synching everything online with Xfinity. He also made sure that my landline still worked and my WiFi was all set up. He tested the speed and several other components to ensure that everything was done correctly the first time!I cant tell you how impressed I was with the service and prices of Raybo and the knowledge and professionalism of Ryan. Went to the one in San jose off meridian and was not satisfied. Dropped 2 computers off there for 7 days and they could not tell me what the issue was. Tried calling before that, they said they would get back to me and never returned my call. Decided to show up to collect my computers and take them elsewhere. Such a waste of time.
