I am on month three of waiting for my TV. I have a FEDEX tracking order. The Tech has had my TV for a week and has been lying to TCL about contacting me. (When Ive been contacting THEM) I am interested to find their reviews all stating the same things. Both here and on the Better Business Bureau and Im considering contacting a lawyer about a potential class action suit.
Will not answer the phone or return calls if you leave a message!
ITI Tv Repair contacted me the day prior to making an appointment, regarding our 65” Vizio TV. He indicated that their technician would be arriving the next day between 1pm and 4pm.The next day the technician Alfredo texted me at 1pm and indicated he would arrive by 1:35pm. He was on time and very professional.He replaced both the main board and power board and it was successful. He was very professional and polite.We were very impressed with ITI TV Repair, thank you Vizio for the quick response.
They lie, cheat, and steal. I repaired a vizio after TV they agreed to pay me for doing so...after driving hours to the location., finished the repair perfectly but ITI says they dont need to pay for the repair because they did not recieve the defective part as it was missing in the mail. Work was performed correctly still the same and they no doubt recieved payment for the case from vizio despite not holding up their side of the deal with me.Dont buy vizio .... they should be ashamed for delegating part of their business to these slime balls.
I called I was told by Vizio I would get a call in 3 days for my Tech to come out and fix my TV, and if they did not call to call this company, well I did, and exactly as it says in the reviews you want on Hold for 3mins, and then you get sent to voice mail because they are so busy...lol, oh god here we go, how am i going to get my TV fixed from Vizio...I know of one way and its small claims..
ITI are a bunch of crooks they had me drive out to another state 150 miles out for a tv repair that was completed and never paid me for it. I submitted everthing they needed and still they refuse to pay out. The company was very unprofessional disorganized and troublesome. I wish I could give them 0 stars.
If I could rate them no stars I would. I’ve been trying to get my tv fixed since May, and the technician always reschedules and to this point, I haven’t heard from them. And when I call customer service they either have me on hold or hang up. This is the worst company ever!!! I’ve never reviewed the company but this deserves all the negative reviews possible!
I wish I could also give this company 0 stars. ITI sent out two technicians to my home to repair a volume issue with my Vizio TV that fried the board in my TV. I have been contacting ITI since 7am this morning and finally got on the phone with a Supervisor who advised that her name was Julie. Julie could not handle the call and hung up on me when I called them out about sending a two technicians to my home that were not qualified to repair my tv. This company is a joke and I would note to all consumers to be aware of this company and their antics of not answering their phones or returning calls. (had to give 1 star to post)
I would give them NO star if I could! They have a recording service which informs you to leave a number and they will return it within 1-2 business days. 2 weeks have gone by and I have left my number a couple of times...no return call. I have been without my Vizio TV since. Poor customer service (if any).
Contracted to these baboons. No communication to me or customers ever. I always had to calm the customer and had to explain why I couldnt give them the answers they wanted to hear. I was no more than a scape goat it seemed.
WORST... COMPANY...EVER...!(Negative 10 stars...)DO NOT use this company for warranty or for independent contract work (my case).They take days to respond with no communication AT ALL...I submitted a case to my contractor platform about how they do not communicate, and the stupid company resolved my issue for me and still never contacted me after the fact. Shame on You, ITI.Ive been in the service delivery business for many, many years and in all my time out of thousands of companies i have done business with, you are by far the poorest at communication and service delivery. Shipping parts to wrong addresses so that i cannot do the work even after twice confirming my current address with you.This causes an unsightly delay to your customers and me having to explain (and yes i am 110% honest about whos fault it is) why it is i have to reschedule with them. Why must i do your job for you? all the more reason to start a local repair business and take over those repairs myself so they do not have to deal with your sorry selves.Overall, the average vizio TV calls i get are failing within 3-6 months of ownership. please just spend the extra few bucks for something better so you are not stuck dealing with these fold. samsung and LG both have far better TVs and service.
Vizio uses them for warranty repair but sub-contracts out to local repair companies. I had no issue with ITI and the guy that showed up for my TV repair was the same guy that showed up a few years back for another TV. He was great, personable and replaced boards in both my TVs to get them back in working condition. Figured Id leave a review since I was skeptical about ITI after seeing all the negative reviews. Not the case here, completely satisfied.
No answer, put on hold for 5 min., have left numerous messages, they have not returned my call now that its been 5 days. They are a joke! Forget them....theyre a zero.
Do not call you back. Never answer the phone. So far they effing suck along with Vizio
7/20/16 - UPDATE: There is no update. Ive called every 10 minutes and nobody has answered the phone. Your not experiencing higher than normal call volume. Your representatives are not on the phone. This is a joke.7/19/16 - Ive tried calling to request service on my Vizio for three straight days and nobody answers the phone. I just get the same Return of the Mack hold music every single time I call.Is this a real company?
I did plenty work for ITI as an independent contractor. They pay their techs hardly anything. They pay technicians $45 for a tv part swap on at 50 TV. The job takes approximately 2 hours to complete. They will black list you if you counter offer for more pay. The techs they contract to do these jobs are not actual technicians. No technician will take this job for what they pay. They send just about anyone who is willing to go BS the customer for $45 dollars fixed rate.
Best place for a bargain and good food
I usually dont write reviews, especially negative reviews, but this company is literally THE WORST. They dont answer their phones or return voicemail messages. Once you finally get a hold of someone (I had to start dialing random extensions) it takes forever to schedule a repair. The service man did not give us a receipt of the transaction (he said it was in his car, but then left before giving it to us) and it was such a hassle to have to contact them again. I had to start dialing random extensions again just to speak to someone.
I serviced several TVs for this company as an independent contractor on a independent contractor platform. What they do is accept any counter offer you make and then right after accepting your terms they send you a message of terms and conditions they demand you follow or else they will stiff you on the bill. In contract law that is considered acting in bad faith. ITI gets away with this, because Field Nation allows them to intentionally stiff the providers and exert a heavy amount of control over them to the point that ITI is misclassifying independent contractors. This has resulted in all of the skilled technicians like myself refusing to do work for them anymore and for the low ball rates they demand these days, the people they hire range from incompetent pizza techs to potentially convicted sex offenders, as they allow anybody into someones house without background checks.
Simply ridiculous,they came out to troubleshoot my tv, found the problem 3 weeks later still no response,return of phone calls...they’re horrible
Worst company Ive dealt with in many years. Cant imagine how theyre still in business. TCL now uses this company for warranties. I like TCL products and think theyre the best value on the market. Unfortunately, I can no longer buy or recommend their products due to the use of this company.
Worst customer service ever. When you call them you are put on hold for 5 minutes, at which time you are forced to leave a message for a call back sometime in the next two days. I have called them a dozen times over the past 24 hours and the same thing happens each time. I would be happy to remain on hold until my turn comes up, but being forced to call back repeatedly and be placed back on the bottom of the queue is extremely frustrating.
We had our brand new out of the box visio repaired new years eve...Technician was awesome and had the repair done in no time at all...
I was set up with them through Geek Squad to have our tv repaired. They were supposed to be here between 8 am and noon today. I tried to call and email their customer service multiple times. I would be on hold for 3 minutes and then would be transferred to a voicemail. I finally called Geek Squad at 1:00, where the customer service associate was able to determine that ITI was not sending anyone out to look at our tv. I did not ever receive any notification of this, I got an email from them stating they would be here between 8 and noon and that was it. I am telling everyone I know not to use this company if given the choice, TERRIBLE customer service!
Worst. Ever. My 6 month old Sharp TV stopped working (it has a 1 year warranty). Returning the item to Best Buy was pointless as Best Buy wont exchange a TV. They said I had to call Sharp.I called Sharp who listened to my issue, tried some troubleshooting over the phone, etc. and when that didnt work they said it would be fixed or replaced under warranty and that someone would have to come out and verify whats wrong with the unit. They referred me to ITI.This is where things went downhill. Sharp called ITI to notify them that I needed their services. Two days later a rep from ITI calls me and says a technician will call you tomorrow to set up a day to come over and evaluate your TV. I said fine. That was a week ago and so far no one has called me back.I called Sharp, again. They claim that they emailed ITI. Still no one has called me.I have called ITI, but they have this funny thing going. First of all, no one ever answers the phone. Its an automated system (Press 1 for this, 2 for that) that immediately puts you on hold with the same two songs that alternate. Heres where it gets weird: you are allowed to be on hold for exactly 5 minutes and then a recorded voice tells you were very busy, were experiencing a lot of calls, were sorry, please leave your name and number and someone will get back to you within a business day.What kind of company doesnt even let you stay on hold for longer than 5 minutes unless its a company that really doesnt want to provide any valuable service at all?So thats where this situation currently sits. I have a 6 month old broken Sharp TV thats still under warranty. I am at the mercy of this worthless company to come to my home and either fix it or deem it irreparable and replaceable under warranty. I cant get anyone to answer my phone calls, I cant get anyone to call me back. ITIs website doesnt even give out an email address for their customers. WHAT KIND OF TECHNOLOGICAL / I.T. / GIZMO REPAIR PLACE DOESNT LET YOU EMAIL THEM???Overall. Not impressed.
Worst customer service ever....lied about condition of system after repairing Vizio TV..Badgered woman to sign off on work even though it was not complete...disconnected wires to complete system to fix TV then never reattached any of them...Then in service summary they claimed they did...Attached remote transponder back to TV with SCOTCH TAPE!!!! Fell off in minutes...No return calls from them...No help from Vizio....Refuse to have this lying bunch in your home...They CAN repair TVs they just dont know how to work with anything else in your house so you can actually use it..after fighting with Vizio for a week over who would pay....Finally had it..had the RIGHT folks come out to fix and reattach transponder, parts that had not been reinstalled and reattach all components to the TV once again..$257..Not about the money....about shoddy, BS work. These folks will never be back in my place..Will toss the TV first.
I am sorry others have had such problems with this Co.Vizio referred me to them. I told them the problem and they said they would order the part. They did say that it may take two weeks for the part to arrive.Called me two days later to say they had the part and came the next day to repair.The two repair guys were friendly and were done in less that one hour.
I have waited three weeks for a service tech to come fix this POS Vizio TV after paying in advance for the service. He calls me at 9:47 for an 8 AM morning appointment that has been rescheduled 5 times and yells at me when I call him back. WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH EVER
I would never do this companys wos again...They seem to find way to not pay their techs...Dont recommend using this company. Customer service is the worst Ive dealt with...
