Nightmare of a week. My laptop fell off the coffee table and would not start. AND a couple days later my external hard drive suddenly stopped working. Of course, I had so many files on these hard drives. I called for some help and dropped off my stuff. Within a day I got a call back with a diagnostic and cost to repair. The repair costs were fair and reasonable. Logic board replacement, and data recovery. I appreciated the honesty and options. Especially appreciate the fast turn around. Thanks again!

I dropped my external drive with two terabytes of pictures. Its almost 10 years of my life! My computer stopped detecting it, and the drive was still running but it was creating a clicking sound. I had given up on my laptop, because other repair company told me a list of items needed to be fixed such as Operating system, hardware etc. Art was honest and fair in his dealing, my system needed just a operating system fixed. He bought my 2012 laptop back to life and is running quite well now.

My daughters computers monitor will not come on & I took it in without an appointment. He fixed it while I waited right away & did not even charge me stating it was a minor thing. I am happy to know service people such as SmartTech Computer Repair and IT Solutions exists. I will certainly do business with them again as needed.

Bad service. Brought to his mobile home to check what the problem was Monday and he said he will notify me by tomorrow night (Tuesday). I tried to contacting him and texting him no response! And he finally contacts me Friday. Not reliable and he charges you without even letting you know how much it will cost or what the problem is in the first place. Overall, I would not recommend to anyone. He is not clear plus does not speak fluent English.
