The lady that runs this business is a thief. Dry cleaning disappears or your clothes are replaced. She then pretends shes never seen you before. Her memory lost scam is an act, because I saw her randomly on the street one day and she remembered me well enough to turn around and walk the other way. I showed her my receipt and she tried to throw it away. Dont do business here. She replaced my jacket with a piece of garbage half my size that was so worn I cant imagine anybody having it cleaned.

Please beware of this place. The other reviews where their dry cleaning were lost is no joke. I took in 2 suit jackets, one pair of pants and 2 mens shirts on Monday to pick up on Wednesday. My dry cleaning is not there. I needed it for Thursday (today) so we got the address where the lady sends the cloths (571 W Alma) to see if they have it. They dont but remember my jackets bc one was unique and says it was dropped off on Tuesday. So youve been warned, like I was but I refused to listen due to it being across the street. Your stuff WILL go missing never to be seen again. Now Ive lost over 1k in clothes for being lazy.Update- after 2.5 months of checking in every other day to see if my clothes were found, I finally told her Im filing a theft report with the police. That got her attention and I was reimbursed for half of my loss (I only had receipts for 2 items). This was after her patronizing me during every check in (bc I had to explain the situation EVERY time to her every other day for 2.5 months) for buying expensive clothes and its not her fault I buy expensive work clothes!!! Can you believe that?!If you have expensive items, do not come here. You will no doubt never see them again.

Had no problems until a suit and sport coat “disappeared”. Absolutely no help from the owner. Every time I went in to check if they showed up, she would take my name and phone number again like it was the first time, and never follow up. Loss of memory I guess. I would not give her anything expensive to clean.

Excellent cleaners! I used them a few times to get stains out of my work shirts after coffee run ins, and Star Cleaners always get it out! If youre anywhere in the san jose area, make sure to give them a call. Great job guys!
