Stratus was very prompt with great communication. There service is outstanding!

Not sure about the service either, but Stratus’ email marketing to get new business is annoying, aggressive, non-stop and unprofessional. Even after blocking Stratus’ emails, their “general manager, Patrick Doyle”, continues to send me emails by creating new email addresses to get around my firms email blocking. Maybe their building solutions are awesome, but would never hire a firm based on the email marketing practices they employ.

I have repeatedly asked to be removed from their email lists. I have blocked their email and marked as junk multiple times. They just create new emails and continue to send me spam.We dont even have an office for them to clean.Absurdly frustrating business practices.

Hired for cleaning an office and were promised a professional work but the cleaning was poorly done or didnt seem like they cleaned at all. Had to switch back to previous service provider.
