First I spoke with Jeff and he was able to give me a quote over the phone and assured me that the price would be locked in which was good because the upstairs hallway was longer than the average hallway. He was able to fit me in with in two days. The technician, Larry was great! He did a beautiful job cleaning my sons staircase and the upstairs long hallway which were extremely soiled. But what really impressed me was Larrys professionalism and the care he took to be extremely quiet because my newborn grandson was sleeping I know he had to take extra time to accommodate this but nevertheless he did and I was so grateful.
