Horrible car wash service!!! Took my Mercedes Benz Sprinter for wash all they did was wash the sides ( hardly saw any soap bubbles). And yes they did not wash the top of my van. I went inside to pay and they charge me $45.00 for a lousy service. Never going back there again. They really don’t deserve any star.

Horrible customer service. If you mention to them that you are not happy with the car wash, they will tell you to go somewhere else. Do NOT ever come to this car wash. Save your $$$ and go somewhere else.

The guy works at the counter is very rude and probably is not happy with his job or life. I won’t be spending another dime here.

Absolutely worst customer service from the gas attendant working June 12,2018 at 6pm. Dude really tried ripping me off and when I called him out on it he shrugged like I was some kind of idiot. I even let him try to fix his mistake but I guess he would rather just refund my money and end up not helping me. If you can not properly communicate with customers you should not be working this job. I feel bad for other people who get ripped off and are oblivious to it. I will use social media to let everyone know to no longer support this location due to lack of customer service and most importantly integrity and morals.

Very pricey car wash... $20 for wash and dry... never come back again... didnt know until i was charged... you got my money this time but never again.. i go to self car wash i do it for less than 1/3... very disappointed.. they should closed down....

Don’t go, come to this car wash. Worse service ever. The sign when you pull up for car wash it clearly states Hand Car Wash. one of the guys grabs a freaking brush and starts to do his thing. Continuesly hitting the car cause the guy can’t reach the roof. When his done he sets the brush on the ground not in a bucket of water. So when I pull out for drying process the rags are dirty I tell them to vacuum it which they didn’t do correctly. When they said they were done the car was greasy stains. Bad bad bad serviceDon’t go ever.

Very bad service am talk to owner ( mike ) your work they don’t do good job they don’t clean car proper and I clean my self and everyday m spend 60$ for gas and he don’t listen n he said go to some else. he don’t care

Terrible job and the towels they use scuffed my car! And I have a black car and you can see everything, top it off they missed a lot of areas of the car. Waste of $20

Guys dontgive a rats ass about the costumers. especially the guys at the smog check, when you go for the firts time is all peaches and cream but when you go for e free retest, they treat you like crap.

Id give it a 0 if I could, we drove up to check transmission fluid, the mechanic told us it was unnecessary and if it was low we just needed to replace the transmission- we just wanted it checked to see if it WAS, after complaining again we just needed a replacement, when mom clarified he just shrugged and said we too busy yeesh what happened to common courtesy?
