Joe is an awesome guy, very knowledgeable and experienced guy.He took care of me, when I asked about one product he showed me another alternative that in his opinion worked best for my application and for less.Aside from that the atmosphere there is awesome and has everything you need to detail.

As a beginner i was kind of intimidated when coming to the store. I didn’t know what to expect and don’t know a lot, so I thought all the products would intimidate me. Joe was a very nice/polite man. He helped me get a good understanding of a lot of the products I didn’t know anything about. He showed me how some things worked and pointed me towards a good direction. I can see that he’s really passionate about what he does and wanting to help others. I’d definitely recommend this store.

My whole experience at this place was amazing! There was soft jazz music being played in the cute lobby in the front and the warehouse in the back was incredibly organized. Anyways we met joe, he owns the place and he’s so lovely. He offered us drinks and snacks while we were looking around at his inventory, let me sit on his ladder, and had my partner bring his car around to show us how a couple products are supposed to be used because we went in not really know much about how to detail a car and do a good job. However, we left with so much knowledge and there was no way we were leaving without the products we needed because the dude has everything. Joe was super excited for us and was adamant that we could call him anytime if we had questions. My partner and I were there just over two hours shopping and picking his brain, but the time absolutely flew by due to Joe’s charisma and enthusiasm. So yeah, I highly recommend checking out this place if you’re looking for products! Also, after it was all said and done we left, washed the Jeep, and 100% it has never looked this clean, not even when it was new :)

Was in the area and decided to look up detailing products. Found this gem of a store nearby, like a block away from where I was. Joe was great and was willing to let me try out the different polishers, even if it meant opening up the boxes of brand new Flex and Rupes polishers. When I made my decision, he threw in a set of pads and even some more freebies. If you want high end detailing products, definitely stop by this place.

I bought a new sports car and wanted to find some products to take care of it so I Googled and found Bay Area Car Care Products. I stopped in and Joe took amazing care of me and my car! He had me park near the entrance to his shop where he introduced me to all the P&S products I needed. He demod how to use each one and provided a check list for washing and caring for my car.
