The sunroof was stuck and had a little air escape. On bumps the roof rattled and at freeway speed the noise getting inside was very loud.I was looking a someone to just close the roof to resolve the problem.I found Spiderglass online and contacted Raymond the owner, he responded to my text & online form.After the initial diagnosis he assured me that he could fix the issue. To my delight he fixed the motor and now the roof opens & closes.Raymond works with passion and did a great job. I started my search to have my panoramic sunroof fixed in November 2020. I live in Oakland and I don’t mind driving out far to have work done as long as I get a good feeling about the people I’m working with and they have good customer service. I’m sure many of the people I requested a quote from could have done the work but I’d rather give my money to someone that treats me well. When I first reached out to Spider Auto Glass they replied promptly. I’m inquisitive and Raymond’s answers were always informative. I set up a same day appointment and I was greeted by Scott when I walked in. Scott, told me exactly how the process would work and Spider Auto glass didn’t deviate. No bate and switch, no beating around the bush; just straight forward answers. I loved that. Once my parts arrived I made my appointment and Jason made sure my car was ready before the estimated time. I highly recommend that you work with Spider Auto Glass! They’re competent and trustworthy. Fixed my cracked windshield on my Odyssey and worked directly with my insurance. They were able to calibrate the lane departure sensors as well.There were also able to replace my window motor/regulator quickly on my Subaru Legacy wagon.

I went to have my front passenger window and my windshield window replaced. Awesome service the prices were excellent. They have glass warranties as well. They also inform you of any additional problems they notice when they do the installl and not just by word they will show you pictures as well.

I initially wanted to come here for my windshield replacement due to the great reviews and having been highly recommended by a friend. The day before my appointment, I confirmed if the parts are all in and they said yes. The next day, after dropping my car off for 1.5h, they told me that there were missing parts, and agreed to make up for it by doing mobile service, which is fine. Theyd also call to reschedule when the parts arrived. No calls received and when I called them back to reschedule, I was told that thered be an extra charge for mobile service.Also, prior to dropping my car off for repair, I covered the seats with cloth to protect them as the seats are premium leather and a unique color. However, when I went to pick my car up, I noticed the cloths being removed. There were also fingerprints with debris on car paint, which to a car enthusiast, is very disturbing.

Stopped by after a huge rock from the truck I was a lane away from hit a pothole in the road. Since it was a bullet style shaped crack in the glass I went down to Spider Auto to get the crack sealed. I noted the crack in question telling them another one on the opposite side of the windshield wasnt as bad. Fast forward 30 minutes later not only did they fix both cracks sealing them bith, they also gave me discounts to check-in and like them. I would definitely come back again if I needed more work done!

Moon roof of our Acura MDX had some issue, seems like there was a bend or mechanical deformity. The authorised dealer said it would cost around $1200+.When we took our car here, they helped to fix it rather than replace it.They were very professional, friendly and affordable and the fix cost us less than $100.When it comes to fixing sun/moon roofs these guys are the best. Before spending too much money on authorised dealerships a visit to these guys is highly recommended.

Took my old Suzuki XL7 SUV with leaky sunroof to Spider. Raymond was pleasant and fixed the roof leak. He also fixed my Gas Gauge displayer issue that was displaying gas level erratically. Service pricing were reasonable and on target. I am happy with Spider and suggest it to others.

Recommended by my mechanic to fix sunroof. Did an excellent job for me, very reasonably, and couldnt have been nicer.Observe the signs posted near the counter in the customer service area. They describe the attitude and understanding that are the mainspring of the business. Ive seen signs; I havent seen this. A freebie to take home and contemplate.Near downtown/ Japantown. Easy to find if you know; probably not so easy otherwise.

These guys are amazing! I recently called in to see if they could replace my windshield and vent window on my Toyota Corolla same day. They took it right away and the job was done in just over an hour. This is a mom and pops place so the guys take great pride in their work. The quality of the the job was terrific and the glass was the original kind that came with my car. Not to mention the staff is very friendly and this store is a cool place to hang out in. They have awesome salt and fresh water aquariums and cool posters and artwork to look at. I definitely recommend Spider Auto Glass to anyone and will do business with them again in the future!

They helped me to replace my windshield. Thought it would take them longer to get the glass, but I called them in the morning and they were able to get the glass and replace it in the afternoon. Cool shop and the job was done perfect.

I brought my car in to have the passenger side window replaced after a break in and not only did they fix it at an incredibly affordable price, they also fixed the rock chip in my windshield which I didnt even mention to them. Big five stars for Spider Auto Glass. They have helped me out many times now. My track car needed a new windshield and a friend recommended these guys. They were able to get me one installed by the next day. When I turned up to have it replaced I realized that they sell other car parts as well and detailing services. Came back with my Supra to have a full Ceramic Pro coating done. Couldnt be happier!

The best experience by far. My windshield was replaced promptly with good work quality. No tapes not curing time, all seals are good. Very happy and have no problem recommending them.

Loved the experiences! Jason and Raymond were both very kind and patient, to tell me whats going on to my car even I just asked them to detail it for me. Great advice for maintenance to keep your car clean on your own.

I had a pretty big rock chip. These guys got most of it removed (almost undetectable from the outside). I was in and out of the shop under 20 min (on a weekday morning though). The guys are friendly and the shop has a clean and comfy area to hang out while waiting.

Fast, friendly staff! They were even super accommodating with my two kids while we waited for the repair.

Spider Auto Glass replaced my windshield. The staff are very nice. My questions were answered on the phone before making an appointment. Once they got our windshield, we dropped off the car, came back in an hour, paid the deductible, and off with the car and the new windshield. They had us check the new windshield and informed us not to wash the car for three days before we took off. The process was smooth and the installation was great.

Quality work, had them do a 9H coating and they held the car for an extra day to make sure it was perfect. Extremely responsive via phone and great customer service - all around 5 stars.

Ive been here for lots of things. They are very professional nice and very helpful. Ive had my front windshield replaced by them very quick. I take my car here for all my needs. Ive gotten oil, diff, tranny, breaks, ceramic pro, car washes, many more. They do very good detailing my car looked better brand new after they got done with my car. The coating works very well after track days jus spray and most track dust from the breaks jus wash away. Would recommend to anyone. From Corolla to Ferrari take your car to them and they will make it better then new.
