So upon meeting the shop owner Robert he had just hired a new upholstery guy named Oz. I believe in honesty therefore I’m very happy with Ozs work he does have a very good hand in it and wants to get it done right but have to admit time management is difficult because he is so slammed with work although making a custom RAV4 soft top is challenging because they don’t make them anymore on his behalf. Also communication is key. They did my new top the racks on top my brakes my brake lines pads and tires and I’ve also been offered a paint job at a reasonable price, that’s next!! thank you both for your patience and understanding !!! And I really appreciate your work hours eve a lot of compliments and buy offers even !! Again this is the year of the RAD. RAV4 !!! PS shop owner likes Pepsi 😜

I went to Skunkworks after getting an engine swap from another shop, which took a year and a half and was a total nightmare. The Chevy 350 which was just swapped in at the other shop spun a bearing, so I went to see Robert and the crew at Skunkworks after they were recommended by a friend. They pulled the 350 and had a complete rebuild back in and running within about a week! They also fixed some of the many issues that other shop screwed up. The whole crew at Skunkworks seems to have a great time working there with a huge love for cars. They are able to handle everything from simple to extreme, mild to wild! They definitely have my business from now on, and I would highly recommend them for everything from routine maintenance to custom and restoration work.

I am very impressed with how Skunkworks operates. These guys are doing something they are passionate about and it shows. Straight forward, honest, good people. I would not hesitate one bit to have this shop take care of anything on my dream car.

Top notch shop...old school hot rods to new school computerized cars and trucks

Took Nova in for paint job. Tony the owner and his brother Jim the manager. Have lied and cheated me . They both have told me they use high end PPG paint. I talked to painter he told me they use PPG DBC. Car got painted turns out they used PPG Omini paint which is the cheapest crappiest low quality paint that PPG makes. All this time I was lied to and taken advantage of this being my first classic car .Dont make mistake Iike i did get all work and materials in writing other wise they will rip you off and charge you for higher cost for paint and use crap. All I can do is inform everyone i possible can about how I was ripped off and taken advantage of. The thing that upsets me the most is I paid $8,200 and got PPG Omini paint and in that 8,200 bill they charged me 2,750 for paint . All I can do is get educated and learn from this so wont get cheated and lied too again becouse of my lack of knowledge.
