First time customer and I went to San Jose Radiator for both my vehicles and was happy with the service and repairs, I would recommend this business

I needed my tractor radiator repaired or replaced fast. The dealer ordered one with indefinite delivery. This shop found one in 2 hours that was overnighted from Visalia. It was an exact replacement with brass heads rather than the cheaper plastic heads on the original that failed. Moreover, it was $300 cheaper.

Bill is da Man! I just needed a simple radiator flush and he went above and beyond. Offered me a same day appointment, explained the whole process to me, had it done in 2 hours, and charged a fair price! I took a couple of his cards to pass out to some friends. Highly recommend! While youre there, check out his SS 409, sweet.

Bill does it all! I had a 1986 Supra gas tank that had fuel sitting in it for about 15 year. I thought it was garbage. Nope, Bill cleaned and painted it. He even drilled and welded a drain plug. Talk about a professional! He is a super fun guy who loves what he does. Highly recommend.

I took my gas tank from my gramps 67 c10 in to get it cleaned . After its been sitting for about 15 yrs. Turn around was fast. about 3 to 5 days. Kept me posted and price was reasonable.

I had a leak in my aluminum radiator. They took a look at it and found that the leak was coming from the overflow nipple. Some fresh rubber hose and a new hose clamp fixed the issue. Bill is a very knowledgeable guy and made sure I was taken care of.

I needed a serpentine belt replacement on my 2007 Toyota Camry. It was recommended because of high mileage and original. It was replaced in about 25 minutes. The service person noticed my wiper blades were completely worn out and not properly operating. They stayed late until the correct replacement wipers arrived and test drove to make sure everything else was ok. The price was very reasonable and they even no charged me for the wiper blades! Very considerate of them. Would I recommend this place? Most definitely! Thanks again San Jose Radiator..

Had a Ford Ranger pickup motor built in Germany half the bolts are metric half standard..... couldnt get the water pump fan off to put it on the new water pump these guys pulled out the Torches and warmed it up and off of the old pump without destroying it put it all back together in no time I was stoked after spending a whole day on the thing. They are particularly good with old cars and reconditioning gas tanks as well as radiators and if you need something completely rebuilt from scratch this is the place to go. I normally never give five stars on any reviews but these guys really went out of their way to get my vehicle back together !!!

Taking a radiator that they worked on and had messed up in the past maybe they would be different but this place not only doesnt give 2 fs . They will lecture you on irrelevant matters like showing up and yelling saying that they are not a hotel. So if by any chance you break down in front of them they will not help. Also when dealing with someone with a crazy rare CANCER a little humility or even professionalism nope not here. They will call you every name in the book and threaten you to leave the property. Really ?!! Negative Stars if possible.

I brought in the gas tank from my international harvester truck that had been sitting for 20 years. Most people look at me funny and ask who makes it. They knew what I was talking about. They were able to clean and coat the tank at a reasonable price and in a timely manner.

I took my Astro van in to get the radiator flushed because there was rust. The guy has a sign on the wall that says $95 an hour. While I was waiting I saw the boss take a guy and literally push him out of the way. I got the work done. He said I needed hoses but because of the economy most people do it piece by piece. That was fine. On the receipt he wrote it needs hoses but I refused. I would like to see this guy put out of business. Besides that! After he did the work it started leaking! When I took it back an hour later he had some idea Id return even though I mentioned my normal mechanic.

Made an appt. and when I went in there were three ppl chatting in away in an office and I was told that they were booked for the day. When I told them that i had an appt the guy asked me who he talked to (I never got his name but I assume hes the owner) when I said that I thought it was him because he has a VERY distinct voice and a bit of an accent he told me that it wasnt him that I spoke to literally the night before. Then he said that I could go somewhere else. I wish that i could comment on the quality of their work but Id absolutely advise any new customers just take their business elsewhere.

I had my Fan on my 1967 Impala hit the radiator made a hole. I was trying to not to panic, started to call around and got San Jose Raditor. Bill was great, got my radiator to him 4 row bbc radiator brass. He knew with great knowledge of the radiator and rebuilt it. I am so happy with the quality and service they gave me. Purchased a radiator in 2015 for my Silverado. Just had to replace it due to a leak in a seal. My original lasted 14 years. Although I have the receipt, the radiator broke on a Friday afternoon before a 3 day weekend (SJ Radiator closed all three days), so I was forced to replace the radiator elsewhere. Three years is not so great of a lifespan... Wont be back and wont be referring anyone here..

Hey All,Just wanted to write a review because I had a great experience here and I will always be back here when my van needs radiator work. So my wife and I live and travel in our 91Ford Econoline E350 and we have only had her since January 2016. We have been dealing with the car troubles as we can come to afford then. So we took her to San Jose Radiator and Bill the owner of the shop was very knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge with you to keep you informed on whats going on. So he ended up rebuilding the core of our radiator. In the process he noticed leaks in our transmission so he actually took a look at our transmission work warranty because we just had it serviced. Then he ends up calling that shop and getting everything straightened out for us which I really appreciate and he didnt have to do. Then I gave him a call a few days later and he talked to me about my car troubles on his own time,such a cool guy. Ends up we went to a transmission shop and the computer was telling our transmission that its in 4th gear. So it was stuck in 4th gear the entire time we owned her. Well,they had to fully rebuild our transmission and fix up our computer.our van works great now. So my point being is that Bill at San Jose Radiator went above and beyond and Im very greatful for him and his team. Thank you guys very much see you again someday.

Went in the morning to get a quote, left car with them to replace my radiator. I was given a quote hundreds less than the Mechanic Chain Stores quoted me the previous day. Was the service less because of the low price? NO! It was more than I expected. Not only did they complete the job faster then others had quoted me, they did extras, like clean my battery terminals, cleaned the engine area where the radiator was replaced. In fact, their quote was only $50 more than if i had bought the parts and then paid the fee to use a rack ($50 per hour) and did the work myself. My next radiator repair/replacement will be through them.

I had a 67 year old diesel fuel tank on my Cat tractor that develop a fuel leak, they repaired​ and coated the inside, so I should have many more years of service 😉😉😎
