David quickly responded to an email that I sent him asking for identification of a shed skin I found on our property. He is very nice and professional!

Saw a rattlesnake in my front yard. Called N B R. He came down within minutes and trapped it. The snake gave some fight. We watched from inside the house. It was scary. After removing it, he did a search around the property to make sure everythings clear. Gave some tips on how to avoid it in future and left. Very professional and cool!

I had a skunk (and apparently a possum problem) living under my patio for who knows how long. Around Nov. I went out at night to toss out garbage and saw a skunk staring back at me but didnt think anything of it. Maybe it was just passing by. Come Feb and my neighbor informs me that I have a skunk living under my patio and that she can smell it from inside her home (I live in a townhouse community). I found this company on Google, called them up and Bill was out the next day to help trap the skunk. He instructed us on how to work the trap just in case and then we waited. Waited 2 days and we caught a possum instead. Of course not their fault. Animals come and go as they please. Waited 2 weeks for the skunk but it never showed up. I patched up the area ourselves with large heavy rocks. Been about another week and still no sign of the skunk. Overall a good experience with this company. Will use them again if I have any other large critter issues. Thanks Chad and Bill.

Thank you guys so much. You guys do a great job. You guys provide a service that can be counted on. Were thankful for getting rid of that family of squirrels that were inside our basement area. You did it humanely and you did it so we dont have to worry about them coming back into our house anymore. They are moved to another location thanks to you and we dont have squirrels anymore. It’s nice to have some peace and quiet around our house and it’s nice to know we dont have wild animals in our home anymore. You guys are great and we are very thankful. This wildlife control company was awesome. Chad did a top notch job in catching the squirrel that had been bounding about our roof for a few weeks, and the repairs he completed made those areas look practically as good as new. I gave their number to my neighbors, just in case they get critters in their house!
