My experience with First Appliance Repair was seamless. My dishwasher malfunctioned, I call for a service call and they fix it after ordering the damaged part. They run their business in a professional manner and I will definitely use them again!

First off I want to say thank you First Appliance Repair for having such an excellent employee like Jason. Jason is a man of his word, he’s compassionate and hard working. I just went grocery shopping and all of my food was about to go bad but Jason got my freezer and refrigerator up and running in a timely matter which I really appreciated. I am going to recommend first appliance repair to all my friends and tell them to ask for Jason, thank you Jason I really really thank you from the bottom of my heart. More companies need to hire professional and trustworthy employees like Jason it makes things a lot better.

This company was great. We got back from vacation to find our clothes dryer didnt want to work anymore. With lots of laundry to do, we needed help same day. Ryan came on time and got right to work. He was prepared with everything he needed to do the job, and was very professional. He had the problem diagnosed in less than 15 min. Before he did anything else, he gave me a very fair quote and estimated time to completion. He was done quickly and function tested everything before he left. I was very happy with the work he did, and I will definitely be calling First Appliance Repair again when something stops working.

I asked them to check my washing machine and specifically asked them to quote the job so I would know if it was worth buying a new one or fixing the old one. The repair guy went to the wrong house, after askng if he could come hours early. He ended up being later than our scheduled appointment, after we reworked our entire day to accommodate him. And then, he repaired the machine without quoting me a final price. Almost 400 dollars later and the machine still doesnt work. I called them three times, asked for a manager to call me back, and nothing...I ended up having to buy a new machine anyway. Dont use them.

The actual business, First Appliance Repair, we extremely prompt and polite. The contractor they sent was useless. He apparently first stated that we need to just buy a new washer. Then he gave multiple increasing quotes for the cost of the parts. He wouldnt answer basic questions about the washer and apparently became combative when asked to move the washer back to its original position. I will not be using this service again. Enjoy the $70.

Oscar was our AC Technician. He was great! Got our AC fixed pretty quick and was even patient enough to deal with the Home Warranty services from the home owner.If I have any other issues, I am definitely going to use him again! Thank you!

I did NOT have a good experience with First Appliance. They were extremely late like 4 hours outside the given window. When they arrived the repair man just put baking soda into dishwasher a few times and then charged me $250! It was outrageous. I would never ever use them again. Total rip off I felt taken advantage of.

Our Jade range is 22 years old and has not been produced since 2004. The oven temp kept getting hotter and hotter. I called First Appliance and Oscar came out. Turns out the temp sensor was faulty, and Oscar found the only new-old-stock one in captivity. At the same time the 1-year-old freezer was icing over. It took several visits for two difficult problems, but Oscar stayed with it and not give up, completing the project. Oscar also replaced the oven temp knob and adjusted the oven burner, sending photos as he went along. Both appliances have been working fine for three months now. I highly recommend First Appliance Repair.

Jason & team did fantastic job in replacing the water heater. They are affordable than the other places.

Damaged my refrigerator, no response upon calling with a promise to send someone back out to fix the issue... twice! No call no show until I disputed charges with my bank. Weeks later, the manager called and tried to rectify the issue but this call should of came after promised & missed appointments.I don’t have money to throw away!

Our dryer broke. I made an appointment via website. It was so quickly and easy to communicate. The person showed up on time and explained whats wrong clearly. Fixed in short time!

We noticed our fridge had broken at about 6pm and I started making calls. Oscar got here at 8:30, diagnosed the problem, explained the problem and provided us with options. He also got our fridge temporarily working. I would definitely use this service again.

Awful service. The company would schedule an appointment and not show up.

I give a one star rating this company ripped me off they came out and never fixed the problem when they were supposed to come back they said the same guy who again did not fix the problem but he got paid $250 I called to talk with the supervisor who said it would be free or else they were going to charge me a diagnostic fee again then the supervisor canceled and wanted to send the same guy Ryan backThe third time to fix the problem.I said no bottom line is I have reported this to the Better Business Bureau supervisor is never called me back they took money for a job they didn’t even do I had to call out another company who I paid double for Linda Lopez very upset unsatisfied customer zero rating

Came out the same day and knew exactly what the problem was .Had my washer up and running in no time.
