So I went here for an oil change. I wanted the special which was approximately $50. The guy who was assisting me suggested that I upgrade to synthetic oil. I assumed it would be maybe $25 more. How about twice the price. The more baffling part is I was there all of 15 minutes and they were like ma’am you’re done…step inside the office to pay. Guys I’m looking around like you gotta take more time with my vehicle for $105! But hey what could I do? When I get home I’m looking over the paperwork because I’m still in disbelief. They have stated that they offered to wash my windows and vacuum my car and I refused! What part of the game is this? For the record they didn’t offer me anything other than to upgrade to synthetic oil…I won’t be back!

Over priced over priced, went for oil change 90 dollars. By the time I got out of there 300 dollars, the 1/2 hour i was there they charged 1000 dollars for 5 people. 😥sad

The oil change was performed as it should thank you when the young man went to put the air pressure in my tires he goes oh theyre overinflated your tires should be 35 to 32 pounds he put that temp that pressure in all of my tires for me to assume he knew what he was doing only the pull off the rec and my tire monitor came on only to discover that my tires take a 50 psi 50 psi he put my tires at 32

Manny and Mike are my heroes. My trans fluid was blacker than the night sky and they took great care of me and my car. Manny walked me through the entire process as it was happening, and they both were reassuring and polite, some of the nicest people Ive ever met. My last visit to a jiffy lube in Palm Desert left me sketched when they left the cap loose on my oil and my first return to a jiffy lube has been successful. I will be back to this one! I am so pleased. I wish there was a higher score than 5 stars.

Online says they close at 6:00 p.m.. The sign on their door says they close at 6:00 p.m.. Showed up at 5:00 p.m. and was confronted by an employee that stated they close at 5:00 p.m. for over a year now. Might want to fix their sign and the online Times

I called jiffy lube about getting my breaks fixed..first they said they dont do breaks..the service guy told me it was going to be $399.00....to many meth heads in this town trying to come up on your money stay cautious

Crew was really nice. I havent had my car properly serviced since I left my home state. They were polite, presented me options for my needs and had a clean waiting room with comfortable seating. Ill keep this location in mind for future servicing needs.

A great place to get your oil changed. The crew is great and they treat you great. waiting room is clean, they offer you TV, coffee, and wifi. Not pushy on other services but do inspect your car. Very nice to visit.

I came to this Jiffy Lube for an oil change the other day and was in and out very quickly even when they were busy. The staff was very professional and friendly and even showed me the work they did when it was completed. I would recommend this place for your car service needs.

The first time at this particular Jiffy Lube. The service man shared where the restroom was, offered fresh coffee or water. The service was completed in a reasonable length of time. Thank you will patronize again for my next oil change service.

Where to start,First, after getting the engine scrub package for my car, which was supposed to be all inclusive pricing, I had to pay an extra $50+ for labor that apparently wasnt inclusive and they never told me about in the initial invoice.Second, I went to do my own oil change this time, and Im a liscense mechanic so I know what Im doing, and first broke one wrench trying to get the drain plug off then stripped the bolt head with a socket because its either on too tight (unlikely) or the idiot used thread lock (more likely). After calling them I was told if the head was stripped there was nothing they could do. So probably gonna be replacing an oil pan because of their stupidity and they wont take liability in the matter.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. We had our rear differential fluid changed. Not only did Manny do an excellent job he even went into detail on how he saw a few specs of metal, he flushed it out for us. He even showed us the metal shavings! I appreciate great customer service such as this. He has a passion for his line of work. Thank you!!

Plan on being here while, and they always try to get you to buy more service s than what you really need, ask for the basic oil change and stick to that, there was only two cars in the garage and it took them 30 minutes for a basic oil change

Dont come here they damaged radiator top hose mount to my car and made it seem like it was on the verge of breaking. But looking at it there was no way it was a wear and tear. I had to tow my car out. DONT COME HERE!! Go to valvoline on florida ave.

I have come to many Jiffy lubes that have been fine but this Jiffy lube is the worst. They said it would be an hour it has been 3 hours to do oil change and brake flush. One of the employees told me that they are the only person that does any work at this location and it takes a long time when there is more than one car.

This location is close to my house, i have gotten my oil changed here a few times with no problems i would come back again!
