These people are very amazing my bus broke down and I pulled into the parking lot spilling fuel everywhere they were very easy-going and even helped me get a funnel to get the gas into my other vehicle now my bus is broke down and won’t go to the park and I’m very thankful they’re working with me and giving me fair honest pricing my name is JoJo and I’m a world traveler and I can tell you right now the shop is top-of-the-line honest integrity

Very thorough and great attention to detail! I know that there are people who do not trust Mechanics because they will nickel and dime them to death, intentionally do subpart work, and just flat out lie to the customers. Very unprofessional! After declining an additional charge from what was originally quoted I was given horrible attitude by the lady at the front desk. When I asked for details of why I was going to be charged more she refused to give me any information stating “the next shop you take it to can tell you that”. Knowing that my car would need additional parts in order to be properly aligned lead me to believe the worker knew how off my alignment was and choosing to not share that information with me about my car despite being charged for “working on aligning your car” was not only selfish but also childish on the workers part. In my opinion choosing to go elsewhere to get your work done should not give you the right to be rude to a repeat customer! It is safe to say I will not be coming back to this place and would warn you to NOT bring your car here as well. If you don’t know much about cars DO NOT come here or they will try to charge you a lot more than you are quoted.

Took my aunt’s car here for a checkup before taking it across the country on a road trip. I knew the battery was probably a goner. They suggested contacting the dealer — that it might be under warranty. What?! They didn’t just tell me I needed a new one? Very honest! People at the front desk were pleasant, professional and helpful.

I needed to replace my water pump, a couple seals and a timing belt on my toyota sienna and these guys have me the lowest quote. I called around to a few places and they were upwards of $700. I paid a total of $500 and they did an excellent job!

Horrible service. Took my car in for an alignment Technician lied about doing work and even tried to get use to replace broken parts took my care to my family mechanic and he found nothing wrong with the car. Horrible place horrible horrible!!!! Will never go there again and will definitely tell family and friends not to go there.

I took my 2004 Hyundai to Juans and asked for a price to change the oil, change the alternator, change the radiator, two front tire, check the parking brake, and smog, which he said he couldnt do the smog, but he had a friend that would do it. Even though there was a smog shop next door. HUM. Im just saying. When I got the estimate, I said just do the oil change, and change the tires. Then I went to pay the bill he added a 60 dollar labor charge for checking the alternator. He said it was no good and he had check it out with his analyzer. I friend look at it and wondered how he determined that because the belt was missing. So how did he turn the alternator to find out it wasnt working HUM... just saying.

Went to get an alignment done on my car and I was in and out with in 1 1/2 hours. Plus there prices are the cheapest in town. Awesome job! I havent had in issue with my car since

A/C service repair is poor. It failed less than a week. I had to go back to redo the job. Their cost is ridiculous and ripped off. Their work warranties are a pure joke. My recommendation is DO NOT go there because they are not reliable or not honest mechanics. Check on Yelp reviews and I am not the only one who had bad experience with Juans automotive.

Was told we needed a new a/c compresssor on our civic... one hour later, a $6 valve and some coolant fixed the problem for less than 1/2 what others quoted! honest shop!

I brought in my 93 honda accord with AC issues they gave me an estimated time to find out the source of the problem and it took less than what they had said. Very good service, great communication all the way around.

I recommend you go to juans automotive, I had a problem with my truck, I took it to workshops, I made it up to it and a week or days later, the fault returned and they charged me a lot and told me what this was and that the other.
