This was my first lash lift and I could not be more thrilled with the results! To begin, Leah walked me through what to expect. Leah always does such an incredible job of helping you understand the why behind the process and making you feel comfortable. Leah is so meticulous to detail and thorough that she had my full trust throughout the entire process! At the end, Leah took the time to check that my eyelashes were perfect and that I was happy with the result. I will 100% get another lash lift :)

Their technique is incredible, its not painful, the sugaring lasts way longer than any other hair removal process, and my hair is consistently getting thinner as a result of the great treatments. They are so professional and responsive so its very easy to schedule appointments. Most importantly, theyre so friendly and wonderful people!

Leah is amazing! She is very personable and sweet and ensures that you are well taken care of. The spa is clean, cozy and organized. You can clearly see that she loves what she does. I have had multiple waxing techniques by Leah from eyebrows to Brazilian and all have been virtually painless and actually pleasant. She is very meticulous and detail orientated and always spends the extra time to ensure things are perfect. I can honestly say that she is one of the best and I have yet to find anyone comparable to her.

I have been seeing Leah for my bikini sugaring for almost two years now and really cannot recommend her enough! Even after moving from the Marina to Bernal Heights, I continue to make the trek all the way across town for appointments. Worth it!Leah is so skilled and works fast, usually getting me in and out the door in under twenty minutes (which is a plus when it comes to this particular kind of service...you want it over with as quickly as possible!) Though we know each other well by now, I remember being so impressed with how comfortable she made me feel in the beginning--answering questions and giving me tips on how to maintain the results. I have been going to Leah for years. She is rare and exceptional in her craft of sugaring, waxing and facials. I love that she uses all natural products and gets such awesome results, even on my mature skin. Her touch is firm yet gentle and relaxing, even with extractions. :)She is meticulous especially with hair removal, and you dont leave red and blotchy. I am super picky and I cannot recommend her enough.Im grateful that she comes to town each month now for 10 days!If you are on the fence because you dont care for the look of the entrance to the building, just walk really fast, its worth it once you get inside!!

I found Leah via Yelp as I was looking for a Yumi Lash Lift and she had rave reviews. I also decided to book her for sugaring in the same appointment since I had not found somewhere that I had really loved for either sugaring or waxing and she had so many positive reviews for sugaring in particular. I am so glad that I did - the reviews are spot on, Leah is amazing! I am not going to lie and say that the sugaring isnt painless, but she really knows what she is doing and I find it much less painful with her than any other sugaring Ive had. Also, my skin is much clearer and hair has been growing back thinner from consistently going, which also helps reduce the pain.Im also super happy with the Yumi Lash Lift - its funny how just skipping a step in my make up routine can make my life so much easier, but it really does! Ive tried lash extensions many times but for some reason, on my lashes, they fall of extremely quickly and only last for two weeks. I heard about a Yumi Lash Lift and did a bunch of research on it and found that its the least damaging option and most natural. I also love that it lasts for two months!Aside from being an excellent esthetician, Leah is simply a pleasure to talk to and get to know - I enjoy catching up with her every time I have an appointment. Its also a breeze to make an appointment online, and shes extremely flexible - Ive ran late a few times and she has always been able to adjust to get me in. I have never lived close to the Marina (I live in Hayes Valley), but for me, it is absolutely worth the trip to see Leah - she is the BEST!
