Stayed with Kasa in Chicago near Magnificent Mile, and River North area. The location was beautiful, the view was amazing.Since the cost wasnt an arm and a leg I didnt expect such a great unit, but I was wrong. It was beautiful, clean, and convenient.It was simple to get into contact with someone from Kasa. Immediate reply. Phone or text or email.The unit had everything a family could need to enjoy a vacation. It was fully stocked with cooking items, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, etc. Even had lots of coffee made available. All the cleaning supplies were left in the unit for us to use in case a mess was made.Anyway, the only negative about it was the construction going on RIGHT next to us...it would start at 5am sometimes and go until 11pm. And it was loud at certain times. Difficult to really enjoy being outside on the balcony, but, I know that it is not Kasas fault, nothing they could have done about that, and to be fair, they did give a heads up about the construction upon booking reservations. (Honestly, after awhile I found myself watching the construction and the workers!)All in all, practically a perfect experience I will definitely use Kasa in Chicago in the future. And maybe, from now on, I will always seek to see if a Kasa location is available on our other vacations first!

Our stay on Broadway in Nashville, TN was AMAZING. The customer service is outstanding and our initial response was wow when walking into our unit. We we amazed at the cleanliness and all around comfort. We felt very at home and loved this location. We will be returning!

I stayed for a week. The staff was so kind and professional. I recommend Kasa to anyone who needs a place to stay short or long term.

The apartments were nice,comfy bed,excellent decor.The only problem was parking,not enough street parking and could not park a 12 passenger van in the garage,unless it was in the handicap space on the 1st level.

Had absolutely best experience with Kasa brand in DesMoines. If you have business there and need a kitchen, look no further - this is your home. Painless virtual check in, keyless entry, fully stocked apartment and 24 hours virtual concierge!! I travel all over the world and havnt had this level of response and comfort in many expencive chains. Excellent stay. Highest marks. Will be looking for this brand first whenever I go.

Kasa is on point with their design, hospitality, cleanliness, and warm home feeling. The price is amazing for such a fancy place! Youre crazy if you pass up an amazing experience at the Kasa!

Good location, very informative on check in and check out process. We stayed in Uptown Charlotte for a wedding. We booked this as we had several families together but could have separate units. The unit we were in was a 1 bedroom unit with a pull out sofa. We planned on using the pullout sofa for a member of our party to sleep on. The first night we had no sheets for pull out sofa, in addition, the outlet in the bathroom did not work. I contacted Kasa regarding these issues via email They were responsive but kept telling me to look in closet for sheets. They were not there. After about 4 emails telling them that they finally sent sheets up the 2nd day. Outlet was never fixed, we tried multiple times to reset the outlet and the breaker to no avail. They asked me to fill out maintenance form to get it repaired. Did not have time to do so. So we had to pull a stool in from other room and figure out a way to use another outlet in bedroom with a mirror close by. Another family stayed in another 2 bedroom unit. When upon arrival a chair in living area was broke, they contacted Kasa, Kasa sent a maintenance man who said yes it was broke, turned it upside down and said dont use it. It was never repaired. They had several unresolved issues.

Kasa provides reliable and affordable accommodations in a growing set of cities across the country. I have enjoyed all of my stays there and seek them out when booking my travel, whether for work or leisure. Looking forward to my next trip at a Kasa!
