I had a fantastic experience. After the expected waiting time, the shining state-of-the-art truck arrived. The driver was courteous and super-professional. Since my car had to be transported from downtown San Francisco to my mechanic in Mountain View, I entrusted my car to him without hesitation. Once he arrived he sent me a message with a photo to put my mind at ease regarding my buddy (my Porsche 911).

Atlas towing is always there in a bind! Don’t hesitate to call for a tow, flat, lock out. They are friendly reliable and timely. They also have an amazing flat bed service for towing more precious and exotic cars. Highly reccomed. Cheers!

Great service! They helped me out in a pinch, they came faster than estimated and towed my car within just a few minutes of arriving. I was so thankful and appreciative.

I got a flat tire on the freeway and called my car insurance company and they sent Atlas Towing. I was told it would be about a 60 minute wait but they arrived in 15 minutes. My dad came to meet me and we swapped cars so I could head home and he stayed with them. He said the gentleman was incredibly friendly and nice. Since we were parked to the side of the freeway and there was very limited space to change the tire, the gentleman called the company to send a bigger truck with two people to help block the right most lane from oncoming cars and they also helped to direct traffic so everyone was kept safe. My dad was back on the road within 30 minutes. Thank goodness Atlas was there to save the day. This company has some of the most professional, quickest, and kindest people working there. If you ever need a tow truck or roadside assistance, these guys are the best.

I was connected to Atlas from my insurance provider due to a dead battery in my car and was impressed with how quickly they arrived and the service. I haven’t had a car in a very long time so wasn’t accustomed to a dead battery and the technician really helped. Fast service and friendly staff.

Some of the nicest people you can interact with on a day when everything goes wrong.I was able to call them and the dispatcher helped me redirect my car and talk me through the process. We the tow driver arrived he was so nice and friendly. He explained what he was doing and then drove me to TWO different mechanics. Super nice and really helpful pointing out good places to visit in the city for fixing your car.

I got a flat tire by left over debris from a previous accident on the freeway. I called my roadsite assistance and they send me Atlas towing. They told me to wait 60min...but Juan (Towing driver) arrived sooner. Helped us right away changing our tire and getting us back on the road. He was very fast and professional. Thank you Juan

Great tow fast service and super friendly

I called Allstate roadside aervice and a good app feature sent to your phone tracking a tow truck driver to assist with battery, my 2013 chevy sonic would not start and so many errands to run on new years eve, i had a deadline to take uniform to dry cleaners and they sent Zach my driver who immediately work on getting my car atarted, my battery was dead. Withi minutes it was done battery was charged, Zach mention to have it look at, went to chevy service and had a new battery put in. They came to jump start my car when my insurance(Geico) is contacted. It was fast, easy communication and good job.

My insurance set me up with a local tow truck company.. after an hour and a half on the side of the road I called and was told it would be another 3 hours. My insurance then reached out to Atlas & my tow truck came in 20 minutes. Unfortunately I cant remember the drivers name but we had fun easy conversation all the way to Concord. Thank you for helping me & for being so kind.You guys are awesome!!!

My car tire blew. Needed a tow to a service center. Roadside assistance sent them a request, I was told to wait an hour. After 70 mins, I called roadside assistance and was told Atlas had cancelled the tow but didn’t notify anyone.

Professional and courteous. Fabulous enough to make me stop and write a review. The tow operator even checked a few things on my car to ensure I need to tow it to the service shop. Really helpful with information and even dropped me off at work. Best possible experience.

I had a nearly 30,000 lbs piece of equipment that needed to be offloaded from a semi with pretty short notice. No company would touch it until I found Atlas. They were so nice, it was an easy/quick process, and at a better price than I could have dreamed of. I would 100% use them again.

5 Stars! These guys are by far the best towing company in the entire Bay Area. They were super fast and reasonably priced. I called a few other companies out here and they wanted to charge twice as much as Atlas.I was a little worried about the other reviews, but their dispatch lady was real nice, the driver was knowledgeable and got my car hooked up real fast.On top of their great service...I left my phone charger in the drivers truck and the next day I got a call from the owner Matt. He offered to have a driver drop it off at my house if they had anyone going by there, because he knew my car wasnt working, but I had my fam take me to go get it.

The best tow service they came right away for my roadside assistance and jump start me right away right away excellent service thank you so much for having good and fast service

They argue with you, yell at you, talk down to you.. All under the guise of exemplary customer service.Just ask them.. They are the best!! Expert tow service.. When it comes to heavy towing look no further.... I’ve always had excellent service with Atlas towing they have been towing for me over 8 years..

A huge shout out to Atlas Towing and Joey, the operator who came to rescue me today. I had a major blow out on Highway One in Pacifica- I made to the Chevron Station at Linda Mar and called Geico. Joey arrived in 30 minutes, changed my tire, put the damaged on in the back. Atlas messaged me when Geico first contacted them giving me a time estimate, and then beat the estimate, messaging me that they would be there in ten minutes, which was fifteen minutes before the initial time estimate. Atlas also gave me a number to reach the guy who was coming. Joey was thorough, and polite and friendly. Can’t say enough good about Atlas and its employee. Thank you so much.

Horrible. I told the driver I needed a tow to the dealership. My brand new car has an electrical problem that drains all power, so the dealership needs to see it when it is dead. The tow truck driver said I had to follow him over to the dealership so I ran upstairs to get my motorcycle helmet and jacket. When I came back he had the car ready to go, which was really fast since he had to jack it up, put the wheels under it and roll it out of the parking spot. As I was following him to the dealership, I could see that the dash of my car was lit up, clock glowing, radio on. When we got to the dealership I asked him if he jump started my car. He laughed in my face and said Yep! It was easy to get out of the spot with it running. I told you, all you needed was a jump, your car is fine. I told him he needed to take my car back to my house now because there is no point leaving it at the dealership if it isnt dead. He said no. I called Atlas Tow and explained what their driver had done, and they didnt care. Said returning the wasnt covered. I have a lemon law claim going and this last breakdown finalized approval of my claim, but because this guy jump started the car, even though I made it clear how important is was that he didnt, my claim get derailed. A lot of things were on the line with this break down and the stupid driver was TOO LAZY TO MOVE THE CAR!! JUST TO DARN LAZY.

Terrible driver and bad customer service. “Helped” my teenager with a flat tire by putting on a flat spare and leaving her stranded telling her she was “good to go”. When I called to complain, the phone attendant asked me “what did I want him to do about it” and said they did not repair tires. Extremely disappointed in the bad judgement of the driver and uncaring phone attendant. I’m hoping Geico won’t pay for this roadside assistance bill.

It took a while to get picked up from my broken alternator but Jorge was awesome. Very helpful!! Would use again!

The tow truck drivers for Atlas are thieves. Matt at the SF location is very unprofessional. when I asked him if he was the head of Atlas Towing, he said sure I am. Im not done with Atlas Towing, not even near finished. Heres one more star you dont deserve. Maybe you should offer payment options so people who do understand their wrong doing and really want to fix their situation can still have a chance and not need to start all over again...or donate to charity. Do you donate to charity Matt?

Its 2 am and there is a 2 hour wait for a lockout when they are located 2.5 miles away from where Im stuck. Been here an hour already a not even a phone call to confirm my location.

My daughter tire went flat near geary and hyde. not a good area at night. called and talk to deniss who had driver there in 15 mins.

Terrible. These guys are shady, careless, and obvious about it.AAA called them on my behalf and they coincidentally showed up too late to deliver to the dealership ... so the HAD to store my car over the weekend even though they originally had more than enough time to come get my car ... and I told them that the dealership would stay late to take delivery of my car.... then, when my car was delivered to the dealership, the service director told me that it looked like my car had been dropped... citing damage that was DEFINITELY not there when I had them tow it (luckily I have photos for proof).Stay far away if possible, these guys are terrible.

As an observer Ive seen that their always busy and good at what they do. Ive used them before so I know.

I just want to warn people who get their car towed by this company. When you go to pick up your car, make sure you check your car for any kind of body damage that was done during the towing process. And if there was any, make a claim with your insurance company. I hope this helps anybody from getting screwed over from a corrupt tow company.

Horrible business manners and they were supposed to be here at 11 am (after waiting 90 minutes!) And it is currently 11:20...still no assistance. When I called I was snapped at and given no assurance or apology about the wait times.Horrible company and I will never use them again.

Cancelled tow after 90 minutes of waiting. Called to speak to dispatch and the hung up once the realized they were in error. Shady company. Go with literally anyone else.
