I booked this 2 night 3 day camping tour blindly. I had hopes that it would be a good experience. Our tour guide, Jill completely exceeded all of my expectations. Jill could not have planned the trip better. She knew exactly how to give the group the best Yosemite experience. Jill’s personality is exactly what you want in a tour guide. She is warm and friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Jill was also very organized. She told us the plan each morning so we knew what to expect for the day. She also started our days with a great breakfast so we had the fuel to take on the next adventure. From Mist Falls, Tuolumne Grove of Sequoia Trees, to PoleHole Dome, Tenaya Lake, Glacier Point & great views of Half Dome & El Captain + so much more, Jill really made our trip amazing. If you’re looking for an adventure filled active camping experience in Yosemite, this is the right choice for you. Thank you Jill!

We took Incredible Adventures to Yosemite National Park for our honeymoon and made many beautiful memories. Our tour guide, Danny, was wonderful and led us to places that were away from the main crowd; places and viewpoints we wouldnt have found on our own. We would definitely recommend this experience and company to everyone!

I would not book these guys. In their description, they had my hotel as a pickup point so I booked them. The next day they tell me they can’t pick me up from there and I have to drive an hour and a half to the pickup. I canceled but they said I canceled too late and won’t give me my 300$ back. Find someone a little more professional and reasonable to book with. Not these guys.

I had the absolute best time with their 3 day Yosemite Valley Tour. They provided everything needed for proper camping, great story by our guide, Wes and the value with everything that was included. Having flown from across the country and not having to lug around camping gear was a huge value and saved me from back ache. Definitely looking forward to coming back and booking with Incredible Adventures.

My wife and I reserved a tour with this company about 2 months ago for our honeymoon. Unfortunately we never got to experience the tour because Incredible Adventures cancelled on us about 14 hours ahead of our tour time. They cancelled shortly before leaving the office so we could not call them to ask questions until the morning of our last day in Yosemite. The reason for the cancellation was that our guide was sick and they had zero other options for us for the day. This is appreciated that a sick guide would not risk getting us sick; however I am of the belief that there should have been a backup plan in place as employees calling in sick is a fairly common occurence in any profession. We are only in the Yosemite area for one night/day so needless to say we were both incredibly stressed when we heard this. We booked this tour mainly because it included entrance into the park as we knew day passes were selling out crazy fast this time of year. We wanted to ensure we could actually get into the park after making an 8 hour drive to get here. After confirming months ahead of time that we wouldnt need to purchase a day pass because we booked the tour, this was extra frustrating. We felt like we planned properly to be able to enjoy the park for our short time here but now are scrambling to come up with a backup plan. I ended up reaching out to several locals who helped us last night find another way into the park; albeit not the way we would have preferred to see it.They offered us a full refund, yes, but getting into the park was our number one priority and their late cancellation caused us a lot of stress thinking we were no longer going to be able to.The one positive thing I will say is Ben was courteous and sympathetic when he relayed the news to us. My advice to any honeymooners or families wishing to lock in their ability to get into Yosemite during busy season/for a single day visit; buy a day pass in advance OR do what we ending up having to do and look into YARTS. Its much cheaper and the driver did a great job describing the activity areas and how to make the most of our time in Yosemite after dropping us off. We wont let it ruin our honeymoon, but this was a very stressful experience.

We scheduled a Segway tour at the Golden gate park at 2 o’clock today. They sent us an email changing it to 10:30 in the morning. We are on vacation and we don’t check our emails or our voicemails on vacation. When I contacted them about the change in time they told me too bad, 2 o’clock is full and it is nonrefundable. We had other plans at 10:30.I would strongly suggest that you find a different tour operator. These people are a joke. The guy on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. If you look at other comments, this is clearly something they have done before. It is their policy to be able to change the tour and still charge you regardless of whether or not that time changes. It is not a misunderstanding as he states in other reviews, it is simply the way they do business. Find somebody else or save your money. As an edit to my response, it is highly unethical for you to claim that anyone used profanity in our call. Very unethical and unprofessional on your part but not surprising.I am not the first to complain of your practices. Clearly the freelancing tour guides are excellent per your reviews, but your company has much to be desired.Regardless, I contacted my credit card company and the fees have been reversed. Your offer to reverse them if I changed my review was unethical as well.

You can change the tour provider 1.5 days ago from the trip and wont refund me when I try to cancel 1 day before? not very professional and trustworthy.Their refund policy does not say anything about this 1 day policy policy:Refunds: In the event that you do require a refund, we will supply a voucher for tour credits which can be used on any tour with us, anytime. Vouchers never expire. If you are not able to travel with us in the future, you are entitled to a cash refund 1 calendar year from your booking date.

We went to San Francisco with Chuck Olson tours in Oct. We had 2 different tour guides to pick us up at the airport, show us the city highlights, and the next day take us on a tour to the Meir Redwood, and Sausalito, and then take us to the train station. In all it was a wonderful experience and an incredible (yes) tour. The guides, Nicole and Kate, were absolutely great. They had very outgoing personalities coupled with knowledge of the places and more importantly love and enthusiasm for their city. They were very helpful, we were mostly an older group, and they were very accommodating. I can recommend them highly. Thanks for making our tour such an enjoyable experience.

This is a great company ... The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, fun, adventuresome and, patient instructors ... The toughest part of the job is finding an affordable decent place to live ... The group I trained with had some unique solutions ...For example, one converted their Transport into a tiny home/sleeping space and parked in a friends driveway that lived in San Francisco, another stayed in a cheap hostel until they could find housemates.

Diving with Great White off the coast of S.F. was a wonderful boat ride, but just that, an extremely expensive boat ride. If you want to actually see the King of the Sea as in the Great White Shark I would not recommend this tour!!!We had a nice trip to the Farrell Islands but the odds of seeing a shark with zero chum or actions to entice them (other than a rolled up black carpet that was supposed to look like a seal) is like finding a needle in a haystack! The crew was nice, but seeing as none of them have ever been on a boat that actually saw a shark was very discouraging needless to say!Save yourself the $850 and go to the aquarium! Or spend the money where they guarantee seeing sharks. This crew was a third party crew and they were nice and all but had no vested interest in the success of the trip.I would not recommend Incredible Adventures for Diving with Great Whites!!!

This is a very long day trip but it well worth the visit. I must praise our driver/guide Eric who was wonderful and calmly explained things and looked after everyone on a day when things didnt quite go to plan. We got an extra 3 hours after a rock slide closed the road. Erics driving was great under very difficult conditions. He must have been exhausted but was always professional. We could only manage a day tour but there is so much to see I would recommend staying overnight. The scenery is stunning and there are lots of flat walks for those not as mobile. Incredible adventures lived up to its name. Thanks again to your fantastic driver Eric.

We considered renting a car and doing this ourselves. We chose to book a tour. Leo was our guide. He was amazing. We made a bunch of great stops were he filled us in on all the things to see and do and the wineries were awesome. As a tour group, no waiting in lines. I would definitely recommend this as a great option so you can just enjoy the views and the wine.

The Muir Woods and Sonoma Valley trip was fantastic. We were able to be picked up from our hotel downtown. Then the driver gave us some great information and knowledge as we traveled to Muir Woods. Though traffic was a little heavy and therefore we didnt get as much time as I would of liked (we just fell in love with the woods), it was enough time for the trip type and then we made it to a little town for lunch and quickly got to visit a couple wineries with tastings and a brewery. We even were given crash course in wine tasting etiquette.

We took the day trip from San Francisco to Yosemite. The tour was well organised, punctual and our guide Chris had great knowledge of the park and its history. We had a quick break on the way where we were advised to grab food ( gave us more time to hike and view the park). This day was one of our holiday highlights. So we thank you Incredible tours and Chris for your friendly, informative tour. Were planning to return next year and do the camping tour.

Brian is a funny and well informed guide who has the potential to make a great trip. However the real determinate of how good the trip can be is what group you get, if you have a good group the ride is awesome. Otherwise its gonna be a long ride. The guide knows all the best places in Yosemite and can be an invaluable resource in seeing the best of the park.

The Sonoma and Napa Valley tour was a great way to see the area and taste some memorable wines. The locations they pick have sustainable farming practices that are neat to learn about. Three wine stops with ~5 different wines at each one. If you feel like thats not enough their van is licenced for you to enjoy some on the ride.Lunch is simple but delicious.Nicole and her jams are incredible! Communicated length at each location (which was plenty) and provided fun facts on the drive over.

I have to tell you how extremely disappointed I am in your lack of regard for the health and safety of others. I cancelled my reservation at the last minute due to warnings from the park services that air quality at yosemite was worse than in Beijing and warning people not to come. Not only did it take forever for you to respond to viators request to refund me, you denied the request stating that you went anyway and simply diverted away from the areas involved (which included the entire yosemite valley which was then closed for the rest of the week). I was quite looking forward to taking the yosemite tour and had been planning to rebook with you next time but rest assured not only will i not rebook but i will also dissuade anyone else from booking with you as well.

I REALLY ENJOYED MYSELF...1.) If your thinking of missing tge napa/sonoma valley then think again. : if you like wine do Napa and Somona. The scenery is beautiful and the wine tasting makes for an easy tour group.... plus the weather is fine and sunny.... a nice change from windy cold san fran.2.) If your trying to pick a tour guide choose mike. I couldnt fault him. He is just a cool easy laid back dude. He gave us an awesome tour. He was knowledgeable and fun yet chilled. Also he has a very good and fun knowledge of the napa sonoma and bay area.He also has the perfect playlist for the way home ;)Do it, youll love it
