I wish I can give TNDC a ZERO rating. They are just part of the city corruption scheme that channel citys funds to the so-called Non Profit agencies. These housing agencies live on public funds. They care nothing about the truly low income seniors. All they do is to send you forms to fill out, tell you will be moving in soon, and you hear nothing from them. No transparency, no update can be heard. God knows who they have given those units to.

Actually I give TNDC management a zero, we live at the Franciscan Towers and its so bad. The front desk staff Joe used a key and came into our apartment unannounced, we were shocked. Then I went to management and they did nothing about it. Now he is stealing things out if our apartment when we are gone. Management at the building and the main office did nothing. Its a nice idea to say they have supportive housing but there is no support and our stuff is getting stolen, its a bad place. I even contacted HUD to report them and still nothing has been done, it keeps getting worse, TNDC is really going down the dumps. Now they have people running in the hallway at 4 !and 5 in the morning with no pants on, I cant wait to get another place with gold star management and peace

TNDC Housing organization is very grassroots and truly believe in providing low affordable housing for all people who need housing and offer supportive services to assist the needs of the residents.

Their 2020 TENANT SURVEY was headed Has Property Management served you well this year. However, not one question (out of 31) had anything to do with the property managers! Very misleading heading! Many problems at Mission Bay with property management but if they are not going to reference any questions for tenants to answer, whats the point? Perhaps they just dont care! That aside, they provide housing to many so in that respect, they do a very good job with cutting down on the homeless problem in San Francisco and I am grateful for that personally.

If you move in here be prepared for all your complaints to be ignored. The most uneducated and rude staff you will find, the manager KC signs all notes with ‘manger’ and will say; ‘axe’ instead of ‘ask’ - they will take unauthorized photos inside your unit, have maintenance workers send physical mail to themselves at your apartment, ignore your concerns and complaints. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. The WORST experience of my life. Worst staff on site, not enforcing face mask rules in the building, posting notes all over the building and your door, it’s a a complete dump and the staff is the most inept I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. R U N!

I am an electrical contractor specializing in Solar Power. I did analysis work at Folsom Dore on 2/7. I invoiced TNDC on 2/26. They are now over 60 days late in payment. Duane Duckworth has been good about returning my calls and emails. But we cannot coordinate Accounts Payable to follow through. Very disappointed. Not sure what to think except that TNDC intend to steal from me. I hope thats not true.
