The staff here is very dedicated to improve the lives of people who are disabled in San Francisco Bay area and who are seeking housing with a section 8 or not. The staff works very hard to improve the lives of others, those were low income, disabled and people of color especially. This is been my experience as a person with a disability who has a section 8 movable voucher. Thank you very very much and you deserve all of the stars.

VERY busy conjested place... Understaffed. Very nice staff and good hearted with a desire to help everyone but not enough workers to meet the overwhelming needs of people. Staff needs to be trained to be more knowledgeable of basic housing rights, laws and other FAQ. This place is an invaluable service that deserves expanded funding.

I had great. Compassionate help dealing with landlord/tenant issues. I got immediate help when my landlord tried to evict me in an extra-legal way.

When I called to ask a question about my tenancy they picked up right away. After receiving some basic information from me, they promptly not only answered my question in a very easy to understand and succinct way but also directed me to a website where I could find more information on my issue. Honestly blown away by how simple and efficient this process is.
