I finally paid off my child support and my case was closed. Ive waited 6 years to get my license back. I had an appointment for the DMV, 1 month after the case was closed. And I waited 2 hours to just be told I wont be getting my license back because child support did not send the release paperwork. When I even told them the day my case was closed that I need the release form to get my license back. And they tell me, 1 month later, that they forgot...very unprofessional.

Cant even reach them by phone. WTH its 2019- Update your web page. Let people know your having tech issues that wont allow for phone calls for two plus days. This is a gov facility! Are you serious??
