I have lived here since 2012 and I had experienced tons of bad and good, otherwise most people that work and live here have their own agendas... I have since changed for the past couple years and appreciate the hard work of Anthony Thompson ( Manager of Dalt Hotel).. The Maintenance lead by Rey and rest of the team... I gave 4 stars instead 5 stars due to lack of security especially in the weekend at night and loud noise outside in mason street .. Beside that I can totally understand the history of upper Tenderloin so I acknowledge and command the authority including police officers that try to control the epidemic of homelessness and I hope TNDC has protocol that stated the safety of residents live here in Dalt hotel .... I would like to thanks those people that help me to make this as my community and resources regarding free food every week for people and much more...

Been living here for over three years now. But it is experiencing some issues/problems for the past year now otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Besides the few items its pretty much a quite building. Im still liking it enough to not be looking to move somewhere else.
