I read a biography about Donaldina Cameron. It was interesting to see this house where she provided refuge to many enslaved Chinese girls around the turn of the 20th century. Not much to do there as it is a youth services facility these days.

There could not be a better organization to be a volunteer at. But I could be bias.This organization is primarily serves the Asian community of Chinatown in San Francisco. If you choose to volunteer on Thursday, you will receive free food.
