Its a FANTASTIC place to grab great food at reasonable (for SF) pricing. If you like to try a little of everything, you can here!!! We shared the rice balls with salad, and the sweet sticky rice with mango. Both were delightful. The dressing for the salad is made to order, its tart, tangy, light and fresh. The rice balls are so good, chewy-rich-goodness in a ball.Sweet Sticky Rice with Mango was so good, large serving, and he cut the fresh mango right over it.The owner was incredibly friendly. Well be back. If you live nearby, 331 Cortland is a fantastic place to pick up lunch or early dinner to go. As with Anda, Mae Krua has all the ingredients to be a success at 331, great food, good pricing, and friendly service.If you havent been to 331 Cortland, or The Cortland Marketplace, its small local businesses (all food right now I think) with counters. You order and if youre lucky snag a place on the bench around the tree right outside. Otherwise, this isnt a place you come to sit down to eat. Its take-away.Well be back!
