Ive been trying to contact a real person about shceduling a viewing for a house in SF with no luck! Im on my 6th or 7th call to this company and have yet to talk to anyone about why I havent been able to get a viewing approved.Id love to update my review once I actually get served...

A couple of weeks before our previous tenants terminated the lease with us, I reached out to Lawrence to see if he would be able to help lease and manage our property for new tenants. Even before we started the process, he offered to provide us advice on the move-out process and correcting our property insurance coverage. He had showed obvious attention to details and professionalism throughout this process. Although we had decided to temporarily pause on renting out our property after a couple of weeks and rescinded our service request, he remained his professionalism and offered to help with real-estate needs in the future. We saw the apartment twice, once regular and second time for measurements and she was on time both the time and very cooperative in both the showings. In the beginning, Nathan and Kelly were superb in helping me swiftly through the process of moving, answering many early questions and updating me immediately when circumstances changed rapidly to allow for viewing (same day), and facilitating the application process with great professionalism and courtesy. I am in the property management field and know good leasing consultants when I see them, Now at the 11th hour - my move in date is 1/20/21 - when there are snafus with Obligo cashless deposit needing to be sorted out, Kelly is not responding to me for 3 days. Nathan has been responsive, which is GREAT, but the matter above still has not been resolved. Very disappointed

They have a web portal that stores your lease and other docs, helps centralize home related management and aids transparency of finances and servivea for tenants. I was in communication with Lawrence at KeyOpp for a couple weeks to discuss the possibility of having his company manage a San Francisco apartment for my family. As this would be the first time our family would be allowing someone else to manage our property, we were feeling cautious and I had a lot of questions for Lawrence. In the end, we came to the conclusion that property management would not work out at this time due to the ownership structure of the building that the apartment belonged to. My wife and I have renting an apartment for 7 years now. Since March 31, 2020 the owners has hired KeyOpp Property management company to help managing the property. For the past three months we have experienced extraordinary professional services provided by KeyOpp. What really impressed us is the responsive time by immediate attention to any requests including maintenance, billings, cleaning and etc. Within 24 hours of contact all the requests were addressed and completed. Kelly Phan from KeyOpp has perfectly handled my rental experience since I first reached out about an available apartment. Kelly was responsive, patient, and beyond helpful. Finding a rental apartment can be particularly frustrating - especially during these times - and I dealt with a lot of no responses, poor communication, and otherwise shady landlords or reps. Kelly at KeyOpp was none of these things. She was transparent about all aspects of the apartment, helped me throughout the application process, and kept in constant communication both via email and text. I really appreciated Kellys prompt and informative replies and I am looking forward to using KeyOpps resident portal for the first time. KeyOpps site, on which it lists rentals available, is intuitive and simple to use. They also have good apartment photos, better than what Ive encountered on many Craigslist and Zillow listings - guess thats the benefit of a professionally managed proprty. I have not yet used the KeyOpp portal but I have high hopes. So far and overall, my experience with KeyOpp has been seamless, and Kelly Phan was beyond helpful and pleasant to work with - I would recommend trying to find an apartment through KeyOpp.

I live in a building managed by Lawrence and KeyOpp and felt the need to share this because of how incredible this team is! First, the communication from Lawrence and his team is unbelievable. They are extremely timely with getting back to us and have dealt with multiple issues, even during SIP. Second, they are professional and kind. Theyve made sure weve felt comfortable with everything, during SIP, and the team and everyone theyve contracted for us have been very kind and respectful. Our disposal broke, and the same day we reached out they worked with us to find a good time that day for a plumber to come and made sure we felt comfortable if everyone was masked and 6ft apart. Finally, they are a management company that honestly feels like they care about you. Truly could not recommend KeyOpp more.

There is only one thing better than owning your own house--- and thats NOT owning it! I say this because repairs and maintenance can be costly, tedious, time-consuming and aggravating. All we (my husband and I ) have to do is call Key Opp Management team and someone responds usually immediately ( at least in a timely manner based on the complaint/request for support). Someone comes to assess the problem -- be it plumbing, electric, the need for a new appliance, or something as simple as the need to change the fire alarm, what ever it is. Key Opp makes a plan and initiates action. NOT me playing telephone tag ex. with a plumber I may not even know. Key Opp has the connections at their finger tips. We are always pleased with the promptness, respectfulness of our privacy and the speed at which major and minor jobs are tackled. Key Opp has made our lives easier!

“An abrupt change in circumstances prompted my mother to move to Sacramento in May 2018. This necessitated vacating her home of 55 years and prepare it for rent. After interviewing four agencies and closely interacting with a couple of them, I chose to work with Lawrence Leung of Sequoia Real Estate and co-owner of KeyOpp Property Management.
