The thing I liked the most about him was that he wouldnt just send us any and all listings that would hit the market like an automated system, as most others would. Rather, he took the effort to better understand our likes and dislikes and would send listings we would truly like and that kept getting better as we got to know each other. He also connected me with a very experienced and senior lender who is helping us with our loan. Small things like this help go a long way and make the whole process seamless.I HIGHLY recommend him.

One of the best things Stephen can do is quickly eyeball the condition of various aspects of the property and what sort of costs you might expect in the future.
