They were three men who came to the house properly masked. They were all very professional, polite, respectful and quick. They wore protective booties inside the house and protected the house while they cleaned. The front exterior windows are high above the sidewalk and we are on a hill. This presented no issue for them. We highly recommend them and plan to use them again.

Very professional, easy company to deal with. Exchanged emails and shortly thereafter Pedro came to look at my house and gave me a quote. I accepted and was sent an email to set up time to do the job. Two men arrived; they wore masks, gloves and booties. They did a great job and I wont hesitate to use them again in the future. My house is very modern with three story high walls of windows on three sides, one of which is very hard to get to. Lots of clerestory windows as well that required the crew navigating the roof and parapets and other hard to get to places. My house sparkled when they were done with the inside, the outside and all of the glass railings inside and outside. Before they started, it was covered in cobwebs and my spectacular top of the hill view was dull. They also cleaned all the tracks and hardware of the windows that opened. I have no idea how they got into some of the places they did. They were very professional! I was working from home and barely knew they were here working away! It was not cheap but actually less than I expected given that it was a first time (I just moved in three months ago). I will use them regularly and Chris walked me through what costs would look like if I only did the outside every few months and the inside something like twice a year. I will definitely use them regularly. I fell in love with my house all over again!

The crew washed 15 windows on a third story unit, indoor and out. It took them two hours and they did an extraordinary job, were as quiet as could be, and did not spill one drop of cleaning solution. Very respectful, fully masked, very good communication from Pedro and Christian.

These guys are tops! After I was disappointed by a competitor called A SPARKLING Finish, I called these folks and they were a dream to work with. They actually scrubbed and washed the windows, screens, tracks and sills. Did a beautiful job! They were quick and quiet. And to make it all more wonderful they were on time and 25 percent lower price than the no show competition! I highly recommend these folks!

Pedro and his team washed my windows and power-washed my deck. The job was not easy because it was on the 5th floor in a condo building; another vendor failed to show up twice and generated a bunch of excuses. In contrast, SF Bay was incredibly professional and very good at their job. They came on time and fully prepared. The work was beautifully done and efficient and they even proactively moved my downstairs neighbors things and cleaned her patio since she didnt get the call notifying her of the cleaning.
