Had a dip powder manicure & rose petal pedicure. They did a fabulous job!! Highly recommend!!

My wife and I got manis and pedis done here on May 6, a couple of days before our destination wedding in Tulum. Service was great!My nails turned out nearly identical to the reference photos Id shared, and I was also very happy with the shape and length of the nail extensions.Even more importantly, my gel mani held up through 1) packing and hauling four suitcases around the airport, and 2) bumping my hands on the concrete sides of a swimming pool on more than one occasion.What would make the experience even better? Perhaps a little more pressure applied during the foot scrub and massage. My feet werent overly calloused, but I did find that they werent quite as scrubbed as some of the other places Ive been.Would definitely recommend this place, and we are planning on booking our next services as soon as we return from honeymoon!

This was the first time Ive gone to get my nails done and get a design. The nail designer was great with execution with the photo Ive given her. Only reason why I didnt give it 5 stars is because I waited quite a bit even though I came on time. I aslo saw other ladies who waited 30 mins just to get even started. I think the service part could be improved.

Very kind employees & nice atmosphere. Great short nails. However, they do NOT specialize in long nails or know how to safely apply them. They should have made that clear over the phone. I paid $90 for medium length acrylic nails with a simple design. This set should have been $55. Super overpriced for the quality of work I received.

Made an appointment a couple days ahead, sending a picture of what I wanted and I m not disappointed! The salon was running behind and instead of having me sit there they called me before hand to ask if I could come in a bit later, which I totally appreciated. Not only were they very apologetic, everyone was super sweet during my whole service. Cadia did my nails and wow she is talented. She was so detailed and gave me exactly what I asked for! She didnt rush and checked in along the way if I m satisfied with her work. The price is totally reasonable! Long, short they got you covered!

I love this place! I am admittedly extremely pick when it comes to my nails. The ladies all do an amazing job at dip and can even accommodate my design requests. They’re all super sweet, friendly and professional. I always enjoy my experience here and if you’re a picky client looking for top-notch dip, look no further.

I’ve been getting my nails done here for the past 5 years and never have they disappointed me with there job! Every time I get my nails done by Van or any other worker, they take their time to make sure that I am comfortable and that I like every bit of my nails during the whole process. I recommend this place to everyone! 10/10 will be coming here until I can’t anymore!

Today I had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Van. From start to finish my whole experience was exceptional. Scheduling an appointment was super easy, all I had to do was message them through Yelp (Jenny is super responsive) & I had made an appointment within hours. When I arrived, I noticed how clean and cute the salon was. As for getting my nails done Van is probably THE best nail technician I have ever encountered. She is so precise and worked so hard to make my nails look exactly like how I wanted them to look. I loved the fact that she was so detailed and took her time to perfect every nail. I got nail extensions with dip powder & all I can say is I have finally found my new go to salon!

I have been going to The Nail Room religiously, for over a year. Van and Cecilia are the best around for dip nails on natural nails. Their pedicures are great, and everything is always on time.I really appreciate knowing that my 3pm appointment will start at 3, and I will be out of there in time. There is no sitting around soaking for an hour because they are over scheduled.

Ive been here for nail art a couple of times and my experience has always been great. I sent them the designs before my appointments and theyve always been able to recreate them perfectly. Ill keep coming back :)

Run, don’t walk to get your nails done by Cecelia!! She did an AMAZING job on my set of gel x extensions. She was super helpful and patient in getting the colors and design just right and she has an immaculate attention to detail. I’m super picky and usually leave the salon with a couple nitpicky things I wish would have be different, but my nails are perfect.Also, COVID-wise felt very safe, with dividers at the manicure stations and they sanitized all the areas between customers.Thank you Cecelia!!

This place is amazing. I painted my nails with dark green. The lady did such a neat job. I told her it was the best manicure I had. No crazy corners and completely clean nails. Fast and affordable. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Van just gave me the BEST powder gel I have ever had. I was pleasantly surprised that she is so meticulous and careful.

This place is amazing! I have been searching for a good place since I moved here two years ago and I am glad to say I have finally found it! The ladies who work there are lovely and their work is impeccable. I have never had a gel manicure last so long without lifting... over 3 weeks! The shop is beautiful and the ambiance is great. Definitely come here if you have a chance!

The Milky Up pedicure ($45) was amazing. It included a sugar scrub, 10 min massage, and clay mask. My feet feel amazing, and they were attentive when I pointed out some tough skin on my foot. At first, it seemed a little cold (as in sit here, wait and be walked around for a while, and not much chatting during the process), but I think that their skill speaks for themselves.

Guyen (may have spelt it wrong) is the absolute best! She made my gel manicure look perfect! She has amazing attention to detail and she got very close to the cuticle so I can go longer before they grow out. Cant wait to go back. Worth every penny (and its not even expensive. Such a deal)Thank you :)

My mom and I came here for Mani/Pedis on our vacation. Friendly service, though a little slow (my moms french mani/pedi took almost 2 hours), comfortable chairs, and our manicures lasted 2 weeks! I wish this place was located in San Francisco, I would be a regular.
