Great service! They do men nails and are super friendly. They are relocated at 17 brumm st near the Hyatt hotel. Up the stairs.

I used to love coming here but lately their service has been going downhill. I came in this morning looking to get a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The pedicure was fine, no complaints there. However, Im not sure if the lady who did my manicure was new because she did not know what she was doing AT ALL. I am now left with uneven lumps on my nails because she kept piling on the polish without letting it dry properly. At one point, the polish was running down my thumb and had hardened already from the gel so she literally sat there trimming and filing the polish down, inevitably nicking my skin. She put polish only on the top of my nails, leaving the edges completely bare so it looks like the color was already chipping. I asked her to redo a nail that was completely messed up and she proceeded to tell me she doesnt see anything wrong with the manicure (reluctantly, she did it while complaining to her neighboring coworkers). Im now noticing pieces of lint also glued down to the nail and uneven coats on each nail. Of course, I was still expected to pay full price even when I voiced my dissatisfaction with the service. I just hope they will improve their quality of employees in the future and stop rushing (even though there was literally no other client waiting).If you want a decent pedicure, go here but for gel manicures, make sure you get someone who knows what theyre doing or go elsewhere!

The ladies here always do a wonderful job. The place is always very clean and I’m always comfortable when I come in. They give an amazing massage also. I’ll always come back! Thanks ladies!!

Not the neatest manicure Ive seen, but not the worst either. I wish they had more color selection. Their interior arrangement isnt like a common manicure place, but it gets the job done. They seat you on a couch and they sit on a plastic stool next to you and start working on your nails.

Sometimes a bit busy but a GREAT deal for a gel mani! They always do a great job and work to get people in. They can even do some simple nail art :) it’s super conviennent working downtown and they are open decently late!

It is ok, not perfect but very nice service and friendly staff.

I love this place. Jenny is great. She does an amazing job. Everyone is super kind and obviously knows what they are doing. Its hella comfortable too and during the day, when i go, there had never been a wait. Oh and the prices are really reasonable too, especially for how much time they put into doing great work. I usually do my own nails but this salon defiantly changed that.

I was going to leave a 3 star review, but Tony made me turn this into a 5 star review. Im not sure if it was just the time I went in or if its normally like this...but it started out hectic. First off, I broke one of my acrylics and have a formal Holiday party to go to for my work. So I was in a pinch to get it fixed. I called ahead to get pricing and was told I had to make an appointment for what I needed and made one for after work (5:30). I show up 5 minutes early for my appointment and its an absolute mad house. The place is packed, theres no real line, and even though I had an appointment, it still took me a while to be seen while people who came in after me were seen before me. HOWEVER, Tony made up for all of this. Once I was seen by him, he asked what all I needed and I decided during the wait I needed a fill, fix, and wanted to change the color. He spent so much time on my nails and looked closely to make sure they were perfect. No missed spots, no polish on my skin, perfect shape, shaved the buildup underneath from applying the nail, etc. Ive been getting acrylics for a while and this is hands down the best my nails have EVER looked. Sure, you may pay a little more (at least $10 more than most places in the city for acrylics), but its actually really worth it. Despite the craziness I walked into, I could tell the other people there were truly trying and managed to keep a cool, calm, and pleasant attitude with everyone despite the hectic crowd.

Third time here today and it was a wonderful experience! Tiffany did my gel manicure and she was amazing! Probably the best manicure Ive had in quite awhile. She was super sweet and I will definitely be back and will ask for her regularly. I found them off of google and have already referred a friend! Also, I will say that making an appointment is the way to go over walking in.

I come here on a regular basis, love working with stylist Sam, however my last experience wasn’t so pleasant. I pay $55 for a full set, the other day I walked in to have one nail replaced and was charged $18. I asked her how is one nail $18 when I pay $55 for a full set???? Long story short she made up an excuse but ended up giving me $5 back from $20. My suggestion, be careful and look into what you’re being charged

Edit: the nails popped off within 5 days. Thats just not cool. Wish I could get my money back cause Lord knows I wont let them fix itBest nail salon Ive been to hands down. Amazing care and attention to detail. Will most definitely be coming back to the wonderful Diane!!

Worst pedicure I have ever had. Not worth the money ($28). Better off just applying nail polish to your own toenails and it would be a better use of your time.They barely put any water in the tub to soak your feet in (mostly cold) and 5 seconds of scrubbing lightly.The place is also very small and smells strongly of fumes as there is no ventilation.Maybe they are better at manicures.

HORRENDOUS service. Avoid at all costs! You’re better off with any literally other nail place in the city - if you enjoy being lied to, this is the spot for you! :)

My Nails always look fabulous!! Love the customer service, they are usually very busy but they move pretty quick. Definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend this place!

BEWARE OF PRICE GOUGING!!! I was a regular client until they started inching their prices up for the same services. To the point that I asked Annie why I was being charged more and she said because its the holidays and they were busy. That is not a valid reason to charge customers more in nail service industry. Beware that you will be charged significantly more on a whim. I cant support a business that doesnt value customer service and doesnt adhere to fair pricing practices. There are plenty of other nail salons in that area that clearly list their prices and follow them.

Called ahead to make an appointment and ensure that they could accommodate my design request. Arrived at my appointment time to a packed salon and a confused owner and was notified that they could no longer accommodate my design request but they could do just plain gel. Made an appointment for a different salon and left.Probably a great option if you want a simple mani-pedi or acrylics. Not accommodating for anything outside of that even if they say they are available.

Not fancy but nice girls and decent prices. Ive been there twice and they did a good job both times. Its best to go at odd hours to avoid the crowd. Lunch times and after work are very busy.

2 stars because I’ve been here 3 times and the first two sessions were okay, but on my most recent manicure the manicurist cut TWO of my cuticles! the actual paint job looks nice, but the color only accentuates how angry and red the two cuts are. Very disappointed. I took my friend and they also filed her nails down so short, she was devastated. Never coming back, they rush you to try and get as many people in and out and then they make terrible mistakes.

I give Lily 5 stars. She was great, patient and did a great job on my gel manicure. Definitely going to Lucky Nails again.

This place is lovely. Did a walk-in mid-afternoon for a pedi and a gel mani and they were quick, gentle, and quality. And the price was right too. Its not much for atmosphere but they really do a great job. If Im ever in the area again Ill definitely come back.

Large salon with many chairs. Its roomy so you dont feel cramped. I was surprised it wasnt too busy on a Saturday, which is great. My lady, Diane, was very nice and did a great job. She does a great hand massage as part of the manicure.

Best application of gel nails. Lasted for weeks when usually my chips in days.

Terrible! Had 3 different people do my nails and they’ve chipped within 2 days. I paid for acrylics and gel polish so chipping so soon is not acceptable

Awful manicure. Gels that peeled after one day. Bad customer service. Hurt when they did everything. Took two hours and charged me $70 for a mani-pedi. What a waste
