Been here twice, great experience both times—gel manicure and regular polish manicure. The salon is clean and the techs are really gentle when filing, trimming, etc.

I love going here, Lan is always accommodating and anytime I show her what I want she always does it on point and adds a little extra to make it even more prettier.

Made the mistake to get my nails done here.

This is my first time ever writing a review of a place but I had to share what a positive experience I had. First the chairs massage you as you sit (I almost fell asleep). The staff is kind and warm and take their time. If people come in and they dont have a person to take them at that moment they dont say sit for five minutes we will be right with you, rather they ask them to come back and they dont rush you out the door. The place is clean, their is relaxing music in the back ground. I had a new treatment that was not a gel but a powder. It lasts over a month and my nails dont get damaged by the process. For the first time in my life I have longish nails. I know they are new to Ocean street and I hope they do well.

Its my second time going here. The salon is beautifull, clean, and relaxing. The massage chairs are amazing. Service is on point-staff is very attentive. Both times I got dipped nails and deluxe pedi.. Ive always had short, weak nails, but not anymore. The dip technique is a lot less damaging than acrylic and best of all it lasts for a month saving you money and time. Nails shine even at night! I absolutely love their work. Easy appointments and ample parking. This is my new salon!

So I went to this place to get eyelash extensions. TBH one eye was fuller and some done better than the other. I went back to see how well they waxed. My legs are fully waxed and smooth. however I cant say the same about my underarms, the hair is growing back quickly (I let my hair grow for a month). I got a Brazilian an the hair is growing back fast as well. I got this done on Friday 12/14. Today is 12/18. Recommend for legs but not underarms or bikinizone. They dont clean your skin or prep it. they just put baby powder and to finish they run baby oil....which really? You aint suppose to. For my extensions they didnt clean neither disinfect the area. They do use sanitized instruments and supplies are new/disposable. Also for my extensions the eye that was less full, was red and seemed like the extensions got glued to my skin. My other eye however was fine.

The owner and staff are fabulous! The salon is relaxing and clean. I usually go to the salons on West Portal and I’d highly recommend this as an alternative.

I never like to see post any negative reviews, but this time it’s well deserved. I’ve gone to many places and this was by far the worst and most expensive. My nail technician left to go do another clients nails when she was filing and gluing mine down. Another technician came to finish the job but kept going back and forth between my friend and me. They shaped them too thin. My left looks longer than the right. It’s too thick, bumpy, and she applied it wrong to both hands. And to top it all off I didn’t even realize until afterwards that some of them were slightly crooked. And they had the audacity to charge us $70 each. And they kept accepting walk ins while they clearly had too many to handle and not enough staff considering my friend and I walked in when it was empty and walked out after two others were done before us.

Amazing! I have been to 3 nail salons in West Portal, 3 in Redwood City, 1 on Sloat, and 1 in Pacifica... this is by far the best! My nails look great, massage was great, and they offered me bottled water! New massage chair was terrific! Plus, you get a frequent customer card, get a free manicure after you buy 7! My new go to place!

Great foot massage! Love the massage chair, and the store is clean and warm. Good place for relax!

Love this new Nail Salon. I tried the nail powder and it’s fabulous. It’s gonna be my go to place from now on!
