I love this place! I got my first ever Brazilian wax, and the experience was very comfortable and the results were great. I also had my brow,lip, and chin waxed, and a Mani Pedi. Everyone there did a wonderful job and were extremely nice to me. I would highly recommend Haight street nails

This is my favorite local nail salon. I go once a month or every other month and everyone is friendly, accommodating and professional. They make it easy to book an appointment ahead but are also will to squeeze you in if the request is last minute.

I think this is one of the cleanest nail salons Ive ever been to. My nail technician was very detail oriented and I was happy with her work on my gel manicure. This salon is pretty far from where I live, but I dont mind the trek because the atmosphere and service is great!

Ive only had pedicures here, and I consider it to be fine in a pinch. Theyre usually rushed. My polish chips faster than when I get pedicures other places, I think because they dont do a brief remover application right before polishing, and they dont paint the edge of the nail. Thats said, theyre always nice. Its too bad they dont do a better job, because they are in my neighborhood.

Had to leave after 10min pedicure because the lady didnt have a clue what she was doing, could have been her first day. She started clipping my nails before any soaking, and then she asked me about each nail how short or long I want it. I normally take this time to relax, and not watch over ever move the pedicuriste does. Never again.

I was in the area and came here to get my eyebrows waxed. Although the place seemed busy at the time, I only had to wait 5 min or so. The lady who did the eyebrow waxing was very nice. She did a good job - the wax wasnt too hot (yay! no burns), and she was gentle and attentive. It came out to $13 + tip. This is a cute, no frills place thats in a convenient location and near many other shops and businesses, if youre interested in exploring the area while youre there ;)

Ive been going to Haight St. Nails for about a year. Its the best nail salon in the neighborhood. Theres only 2 or 3 women working most days so make sure to make an appointment as it often get crowded after traditional work hours.

Haight Street Waxing & Nail was juggling multiple customers, and had more lining up when I sat down for a pedicure. They did not waiver in their thoroughness and precision. I was very impressed with that fact alone, and needless to say my pedicure turned out great. Thank you!

Stacy is the best waxer and my mani/pedis always look great and last. Clean, comfortable and a good selection of colors. No massage chairs, but I almost prefer that.
