A former shell of what it was. Many good people have been laid off or left.Management is...bizarre

Great website, but overall terrible internal management. The owners often flag & dismiss less than favorable reviews. The ACD at the time had little to now experience outside of being authoritative and brash.Being loud doesnt mean talent. You scare decent people away.

Repertoire and Britelite Immersive have collaborated on many events and immersive projects over the last 5 years. The words that come to mind when I think of Britelite are world-class, creative, technology, entertainment and design. Britelite welcomed the members of our all female run Art Gallery to experience working in mediums none of us had worked with before. Painting in Virtual Reality, sculpting in Virtual Reality, and experiencing much more in the Britelite Immersive Lab gave us the ability to think outside our typical norms of art, and to think critically about what we should bring to our gallery in the future. Britelite is an incredibly innovative company that is pushing the boundary of where marketing and branding experiences are headed. I worked with Britelite for three years as a technology partner at my former agency and was always impressed with their ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders over several companies while keeping things on track and delivering technically complicated projects on time. The work they were doing was so groundbreaking and everyone so easy to work with I decided to join the team.Everyone working in this office is dedicated to client success as well as being incredibly versatile in their skill set. Ive truly enjoyed working here and helping to shape the work that were doing. The partners value their staff and create a respectful work environment that is a joy to show up to each day. Ive been incredibly happy with everyone here, both as a vendor and now as an employee.
