24 HOUR LAUNDROMAT PLACE!!! & they are-ok-priced..there are a few different size washer machines for $4,$6,$7,$9,$11 & the dryers are $1 for 12minutes.There are vending machines to buy drinks,snacks, laundry soap, dryer sheets and stuff. There IS A Bathroom(for customers)&the workers are usually friendly~like.. ..(:

A great place to do your laundry no matter what size the load, or the amount of time at your disposal. One of only two laundromats in the area that is open 24 hours, at least tod my knowledge. The machinery is always well upkept. You will rarely if ever see a machine with a Out Of Service tag on it like most laundromats. Convenience is paramount at Fiesta with a service attendant almost always on duty, on the premises. They certainly take the cake, when it comes to doing your laundry at a fair price and on your schedule. A+ (Not a score given lightly)

Love the 24 hrs but not the characters in the parking lot or the haphazard parking that is allowed whereas people are allowed to take up 3 spots.

Nice place. Its my 1st time going. Very clean. The only thing I didnt like is that the dryer says 1 coin 12 minutes and thats not true. It would give me 3 mintes for every quarter.

Consistency..... is the best way that I can describe this business, I’ve been doing laundry here on an off for years and I can still depend on them to keep this place clean, machines always work and never take your money and they also have a restroom that is open to customers, something that you rarely see in this day in age. The staff is always respectful to its patrons Fiesta Laundromat Rocks and I hope that they rock on for many more years to come.

Best laundry place & open 24/7 for chronic insomniacs. The machines have slots for credit cards, theres free parking, the machines are new and the place is clean. Nice staff and 3 TVs just in case a boredom spurt occurs or walk around the area (Mission) to grab coffee or nachos.

Not busy during the day but its prices seem to go up every month. $4 and $6 to wash and $4 to dry a medium sized loads is exorbitant. The attendant on duty during the day is nice and helpful, but the evening manager isnt helpful at all.

I came into, this place and after not being here for a while, I had some question about some cards I had .I obviously had no laundry with me, I was on my scooter. No negative comments or questions, without any problems, answered all my questions. They use coins now. Probably better less problems, with value of coins, just a guess .I receive great customer service . Especially here in the City. Thanks . Dont hate.. appreciate..

They have really nice big washers that cost 11 dollies you can literally put a whole closet full of cloths in one of them really!

This place is a lifesaver! And the only 24hr laundry mat in San Francisco. 🙀Theres a 24 hour attendant, who is always on his toes. This place is very clean and well maintained. The machines are clean and lint traps emptied as needed.Theres a few wide screen televisions, a little restroom for customers. A few vending machines. And well lit up.Theres also a 24 hr market just download the street.

The attendant is awesome, place is clean and comfortable. Prices are outrageous. $1.00 gets you 7 min on the dryer. The coin machine doesn’t give out quarters, they give out gold dollars, so it feels like you’re spending the same amount but you’re dropping whole dollars. Difference is they are 24 hours, so it’s worth it in a pinch.

Compare to other places I think this laundry mat its alittle more expensive on a regular washer I spent 7 dollars the smallest one its 4 I think but it doesnt fit anything and the dryers take quiet some time to dry.....

This laundromat used to be the best place on south Van Ness to do ones laundry. it offered half price washers between 12 to 6 am, an attendant was always present and accessible or cleaning, there was free coffee day and night, as well as many affordable large new washers and dryers. now, sadly, the place is overpriced, doesnt offer free coffee, and one has to bang on the office door to find an attendant to get a refund for the vending machines. the free coffee is gone.the washers are tired, and the dryers are too. the only perk, if one could call it that, is the machines are fitted to swipe ones debit or credit card. $7 to wash and $3 for 36 minutes to dry is exorbitantly expensive. you better know Spanish too, as the day staff doesnt know English well.

1/2 of the dryers open in the middle of them drying. Someone took one of my shoes. Two stars just for being kinda clean and open.

I am very pleased with the convenience of this place and the cleanliness is commendable. The person on duty could be more vigilant with regards to controlling the inconsiderate patrons who sometimes are very noisey outside, as they wait for their wash cycle to end. Barking dogs should not be encouraged by their insensitive owners with car stereos pumping out tunes, and not so quietly too. Had to discretely brought this to the attendants attention. Who agreed and actioned it.

The machines are able to take cards and they are newer than most locations. They are also priced as fairly as one could ask. Not exactly budget friendly but not gonna break banks. Its 24hrs and wifi is free. There is almost always staff on hand ready to help. Its not a place for people who are easily offended by everyday SF debauchery and shenanigans but if youre blood is local or even just underwhelmed in general, youd do fine. Park close to the front window and go for machines within sight from your car. Spark up something to smoke and just chill until your done

24 hour laundry. I have been several times in the past month due to the closure of laundromat in my neighborhood. This place has washers in a variety of sizes, from small petite washers to 3 or 4 jumbo sized washers--i put about 8 loads into one with plenty of room remaining. All the. Machines are well maintained and there are folding tables available. Uses a money onto card system so you want to estimate closely so as not to have lots of money left on the card. There is a parking lot that accommodates about 8 vehicles. The soda machine took my money and didnt give me a soda. So far, every time I have been there it has been very busy, but there were machines available to get started.

I have been living in San Francisco for more that 15 years and I have always washed in Fiesta Laundromat. I’m really happy that they accept credit cards. The staff is very nice and kind specially Veronica she has been work for a lot of years and she always is working hard.

Love this place, one of only 2 or 3 24-hour laundries in San Francisco. Located in the Mission, it attracts a mixed crowd from the homeless to millennial hipsters, working class latino families to senior citizens, sporty gays to slovenly techies. A favorite curiosity often viewed from the benches out front late at night are single or clusters of hip-boot-and-short-short-wearing ladies at work on the corner. Other pluses: brightly lit, code-locked restrooms, vending machines, decent pricing, attendant on site 24/7. Can be crowded even in the wee hours. Patrons must load cash onto smart cards to operate machines, often resulting in an odd balance left on card which then must be retained until the next visit.

The Best, and Greenest place to do your Laundry in the Bay Area. Sparkly Clean, Free Parking, Friendly and hard working staff. The Dryers are all run by Solar Energy, and have been for years. Big Place. Many, many washers and two huge walls of super efficient dryers.

Came early am (5-7am) on October 29, 2017, short Hispanic lady was very rude, first she (identified herself as Alma) said I could not wash with a credit card, and then when I returned with cash, she began screaming at my car that i cant park at the laundry without washing, instead of giving me change for washing. After washing, she refused to refund my change from my card of $4.75. I contacted help number with no answer. Poorly managed business and staff. Extremely rude. Try somewhere else. Take my advice. I will have to resolve with the better business bureau. Not worth the trouble.

Very rude staff, first I asked for change for a $100 dollar bill, and the lady responded with arrogance, that they did not make change for $100, then I asked the gentleman if he could look out for the washers while I ran to a different ATM as theirs was not working as I had already put my clothes in the washers, again another person responded with arrogance they would not guard my clothes band are not responsible. Fortunately bI came back and apparently all my clothes was still there. I asked the Hispanic lady if she was Alma as she matched the description for a previous review and said no she was not. Only good thing is the parking but always busy though. I wash here for convenience and the washers are not so filthy bad others around the area, at least that I know.

Big clean and fast.

Not only did they take my money but the so called manager was not helpful and very rude. He made a scene to make the customer afraid to visit again. Im new to the neighborhood and its sad that people cant be nice and cordial. I explained my situation and yet no help. If the owner sees this please do something about helping paying customers who just want to do laundry and go home. I will not come here again.

The laundry mat is big with lots of machines, the lady who works here is the sweetest and they have parking available for people in vehicles.Free wifi for customers!!The machines are a little overpriced and they dont take coin/cash or debit/credit.. which is the reason for the loss of two stars.

((BUT))Watch your belongings, your clothes, your wallet (if the brunette didn’t get ya) and whatever else cuz it will get stolen it’s just a matter of time. It will be taken by particular staff members(of course) or other patrons. That’s a guarantee. See ya Saturday nite. The risk is high and so are the hookers.

Over priced and overrun with screaming children whose parents have their noses in their smart phones hits you upon entering. The attendant encorages this behavior when she disappears for hours at a time on a dinner break during its busiest times. Recently, the owner said providing change was a courtesy and not customary. One must buy a unfriendly plastic card and put cash on it to use the machines. The washing machines dont always work and the attendant doesnt give refunds. One must request a refund by filling out a form! Its prices seem to go up every other month yet the service goes down faster than my money into its machines. Once this place offered half price after midnight and even free coffee. Then, it was overrun with homeless and people with dogs off leashes and not service animals. Crowded, overpriced and poorly run best describe this place after 12 years. If you like to watch television and listen to screaming, unsupervised Latino children and poor service, then this place is great. The parking lot is in utter disarray on a good day, and people stand right outside the door to smoke, causing the entire place to reek of cigarettes. Ive complained to the health department about the dogs, but apparently the management doesnt care because its done nothing. Im walking four blocks out of my way to mission street to do my laundry after years of patronizing this place because I cannot abide it or its surly and disgusting environment anymore. G. SOYLS

Clean, well lit, load cost is a little expensive (used to be one of the cheapest). So sad to see minimal upgrades on business and a substantial cost increase passed on to customers.

This laundromat is my favorite. Its open 24 hours including, I believe, holidays (will be sure to double-check and update if Im incorrect). The interior of the building and the equipment are always clean and well-maintained. However, some of the dryers do not dry as well as others. Its hit or miss, unfortunately. Dont get me wrong, all of the dryers do, in fact, dry your laundry to some degree, but some are weaker than others. Staff are on-site 24/7. There are clean restrooms and you rarely have to wait to use them because they are locked and checked frequently by staff. They recently switched from using cash-loaded cards to pay for the machines to the industry standard of using quarters, thankfully. Just be sure to bring a variety of denominations with you because staff doesnt always make change. There are sinks available in case you need to pre-wash or handwash, but they have almost non-existent water pressure.Other perks include TVs to watch while you launder, free password-protected Wi-Fi and vending machines with snacks and laundry stuff. Unfortunately, there are no electrical outlets available for customer use. However, there have been a couple of times when the kind gentleman who works the graveyard shift has plugged my phone in for me in the locked office. Obviously, that was an rare favor and not something that I have repeatedly asked for nor expected on my subsequent visits.

This is the only 24hour laundromat that I know of in the city. But, dont misunderstand that to be an endorsement. This place is PLAGUED with every possible bad detail. For starters there is the fact that they recently changed from the credit card type machines back to coin slot machines. Which would be no big deal but, they also chose to jack the already high prices of washers and dryers to be more expensive. And, as if that isnt enough of an insult the place is a favorite hangout for every lowlife and scumbag that stays up nights. That includes streetwalking hookers from Shotwell and Capp street as well as their pimps, tricks and the police trying to keep containment in the Mission. And, as if that werent enough to drive away anyone with self-preservation in their top 10 priorities the place is smack dab in the middle of the what is easily the most violent areas of the city.

Make sure you fully lock the washer otherwise the time will still go without washing. Sometimes you might have to jiggle the handle to make sure its actually locked.

For about 3years now this place used to be the perfact for me to wash late night because i work 2 jobs despite the traffic of working ladies in and out. BUT.....due to the rudeness that i just encountered i will no longer be spending a cent here. I drive Lyft graveyard and desperately needed to visite the little girls room so i attempted to at my favorite LM when i was looked up an down then told for customers only. WOW i thought i was a customer. Needless to say i was upset due to the fact that i have yet to see any of the working girls spend a dime but i have spent hundreds. Maybe next time i have to do the do ill go half naked. Then ill have a shot.
