We have been so impressed with this Laundry Shop. Super nice and accommodating staff, always clean, great price deals, and comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommended!

They do exactly what the sign says. They turnaround washing in 24 hours and this was service with a smile. Will happily use them again.

Whoever wrote the previous reviews were idiots... VERY friendly lady behind counter. We joked and laughed! Its not a self-service laundromat, so bear that in mind. They appear to do drycleaning mostly, but I dropped a very large bag of clothes for a $10 wash, dry and fold service- 08h drop-off for a 17h collection on a Tuesday. I should have gone earlier granted. They close at 18h30. Highly recommend them whenever you need some cleaning near Chinatown.

Ive been coming to this shop a lot in the past for dry cleaning and tailoring, but this current lady seems weird & crazy, so Im done with their poor customer service. Need to find another shop in Chinatown.

The lady at the front is rude and never admits her mistake. Tried them a few times and they destroyed my shirts every time. Imagine losing a $100 shirt a few times over. Instead of admitting her mistake instead she blamed me for the problem.

The front desk woman is rude and needs to learn about customer service.

The employee working here weighed my clothes, quoted me a price and I agreed. I came the next day and he increased the price 20% due to his scale being incorrect. He held my clothes hostage until I paid extra. Very shady, not worth your time.
