Machines are constantly not working properly and the owner always says it’s the users fault for using the machines wrong. Terrible and very rude customer service. I would rather wash my clothes in the sink.

Machines are frequently broken—i encounter an issue at least 50% of the time, have wasted a lot of time and money here, owner is unresponsive when i call for help.
