My grandfather left me a 1967 RedSox AL Championship ring when he passed and it had 50 years of dirt built up on it. I did some thorough research for where to clean it and decided to go to Zaki. He took wonderful care of it and gave the ring a brilliant shine. He definitely lives up to his reputation and was very professional. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I posted some before and after pix. It’s pretty easy to tell which is which.

Great place to fix Italian Gold! Took my Italian gold bracelet in to get fixed. I got a great price, great service, and had a great conversation. I would 10/10 recommend!!! Plus he has the cutest dog!

Zaki is *the* person to call if you need any work done on your jewelry. Brought him my Grandpa’s size 11 ring with inlaid diamonds and he was able to get it perfectly sized to my 6.5 finger while removing the miniature inlaid diamonds and making it look like brand new. Completely impossible to tell which portion of the ring previously had previously had the diamond inlays.Affordable, trustworthy, fast, knows his stuff. Thank you Zaki!

After talking to a handful of jewelers around the city, I made an appointment with Zaki to have my engagement ring resized. Zaki was efficient, affordable and friendly, and my ring now fits perfectly! I’ll be coming back to him for any future jewelry repairs. Meeting his adorable dog, Nacho, was the cherry on top of a great overall experience.

I went there for the first time to weld an Italian broken golden chain and polish a second one, got back satisfied for the excellent work (they look better than new, and its almost imposible to tell where the broken one broke). Service was excellent, by a very courteous gentleman. Definitely my new spot in San Francisco for my jewerly needs!

Zaki did a wonderful job resizing 3 rings for me. He was very friendly and really listened to the size that I thought would be right while giving his expertise as well. I picked up the rings today and I am extremely happy. You cannot tell that they have been made larger at all. In addition the platinum is beautifully polished and the diamonds were cleaned and sparkly :). I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I am so happy to be wearing my rings again. Zaki is meticulous and very talented. I would trust him with any and all jewelry repairs!

I bought the ring you see in the picture to Zaki to resize. I thought this would be easy to do because of the shape of the ring. Actually, this particular type of ring is very difficult to resize because of the placement of the jewels. Zaki explained everything to me in detail including the risks and then recommended that he resize it slowly over the weekend - a little at a time. This worked perfectly and now I have this ring in the size I need it to be. I am very pleased. Not only was Zaki professional and responsive, he cared that this was a special ring for my daughter. He took the time to do the job the right way. I will definitely be taking all of my jewelry work in the future to Zaki. Very pleased.

Zaki did an amazing job resizing 5 of my antique rings. They all feel secure on my fingers now, and he was able to keep all the stamps! I felt really confident working with Zaki as he was able to tell me exactly what he was going to do, what he was going to look out for (one ring was hollow and another had a buttercup setting), and he took the time to make sure we figured out the right size for each finger. Ill definitely be bringing all my future jewelry projects to Zaki, he is wonderful to work with.

I brought a hollow chain here for Zaki to fix because all other jewelers had no solution for the fix that I needed. The way that my chain broke required a very detailed and delicate fix that simply melting gold over the broken pieces would not suffice - and Zaki was very friendly, efficient, and helpful.

Zaki is incredible. He took our wedding bands that we had received two days before our wedding day and was able to turn them around in 24 hours with a refinish and resize. I took three rings to Zakis to be cleaned the week before my wedding, and he did a flawless job! He even straightened out one of the bands that had gotten rather strongly deformed. The service was great and I wouldnt hesitate to come back in the future!
