Weve had Zip Zap Play for about 1 month now and we are very happy. We consistently get 50-53mbps download and 1.3mbps upload. We did purchase a new AC1600 wireless router for speed. My only concern is that Zip Zap Play does not have a UPS for power outages at their data center where ever that is. There was a power outage one day that took us off line for a number of hours. We work from home and this type of issue could be a deal breaker if it happens often.

Cant say enough about this internet service. Steve, our installer was great, he showed up to our appointment ten minutes early. Twice as fast as Comcast at a competitive price.

Awesome customer service, unheard of internet speed at the same price or cheaper than comcast. If you can get Zip Zap Play in your building but are using Comcast, well then, you probably deserve it.
