Fast internet, great customer service! They actually tweet and interact online and on the WEEKEND! Ba bye other providers. Set up was expensive, but worth it. Crew was helpful and placed the line where I asked.Thank you thank you thank you Necto Inc.!

These folks are honest and clear about what they provide and how everything works. If only all other companies were as straight up with their customers! Steve hooked up the Internet in my condo in downtown Oakland and he was in and out in under 10 minutes. Highly recommended!

Victor Tam was able to come before 9am on a Sunday to set up my internet for me. He truly cared about the signal quality coming from my router and did not leave until he was sure it was working accordingly. You really cant get a better ISP for under $50/mo!

Im in a new building in SoMa that happens to be serviced by Necto Inc..Holy guacamole Batman! Internet so fast you wont know what to do with yourself. Im a developer and work from home and bandwidth and latency are so awesome that I can actually run a remote X11 session... yep. I said it. REMOTE X11. no perceivable lag.Crazy right? I supposedly have 200 Mbps symmetrical, but I routinely burst at over 300 Mbps when connected via Gigabit.
